Abstract:
This paper discusses the relation between the political-pedagogical project (PPP) and the debates on human rights in school, considering the political positioning on the education referential that the community intends to develop. It also analyzes the elaboration of this project through the perspective of a human rights education. This is an essay in which a theoretical research is performed using literature review and documentary analysis as procedures. The promotion of human rights education requires the collective construction of a pedagogical proposal that meets the demands of the school community, aiming to shape citizens capable to understand and alter their own reality, provided that all are respected and warranted their rights.
