Abstract: The present study is the result of doctoral research, completed in 2018, which aimed to expose the analysis about the Education in the field in the context of struggles of the National Movement of Education in the Field. Thus, we analyzed documents produced by the National Movement of Education in the Field since the First and Second Encontro Nacional das Educadoras e Educadores na Reforma Agrária [ENERA] (1997, 2015) (1997, 2015) -, followed by the two Conferências Nacionais da Educação do Campo [CNEC] (1998, 2004) - and by the Fóruns Nacionais da Educação do Campo [FONEC] (2010, 2012, 2013-2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019). With regard to Education in the field, the writings and researches of Caldart (2010, 2012), Frigotto (2010), Souza (2010, 2016) and Munarim (2008) are the basis of this study.
