Environmental protection is connected to human been protection, implying the search of interfaces between both regimes, the main goal of this paper. Convergence between environment and human rights will be traced back starting at the origin of the environmental international law, focalising the analysis of relevant international instruments, in order to demonstrate that they represent a common concern of humankind.
