Open-access Brazil and the region: an emergent power and the South-American regional integration

    In recent years, Brazil is becoming a global power and, at the same time, it is often considered as the regional leader. In this paper, we tackle with the growing role of Brazil in the international arena while tensions among neighbors are also increasing.
