"THE STORY THAT HISTORY DOES NOT TELL": Organizations and narrative disputes by the lenses of striking deliverers in Latin America in 2020

Abstract

Based on the context of the Latin-American deliverers’ strikes of April 22, May 29, July 1 and October 8, 2020, the paper aims to analyze the narrative disputes of the documents calling for international strikes and the forms of organization of these workers. It is assumed that these movements are not a static reality, but rather a discursively plural one, constructed by the social actors involved.
