Occupation of Brazillian schools: a critical legal analysis

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to point some thoughts inspired in a critical concept of human rights in relation to the experiences of public schools occupations in Sao Paulo. Considering the characteristics of the neoliberal projects and the globalization in the homogeneity of societies, the context of resistance featured by the young students and characterized by violence of the state police officers demonstrate the possibility of being active straightly in the construction of new realities regarding scholar activities.
