Alienation/strangement and species-being in Karl Marx's Economic-philosophical Manuscripts

Abstract

The article aims to examine the categories of alienation/estrangement and species-being in Karl Marx's Economic-Philosophical Manuscripts, analyzing the influence of Georg Hegel and Ludwig Feuerbach. In this way, the common academic sense created on top of such categories is problematized, demonstrating how Marx modified his anthropological model from 1845.
