Abstract
From the theoretical frameworks of the Critical Legal Thought Line “Law Found on the Street” presents a perspective of possibilities and challenges in the construction of a constitutionalism that includes in its agenda a transformation in the model of modern state organization in order to decolonize and depatriarchalize it, opening it up for the recognition of its emancipatory legal mobilizations.
