The present article introduces the problem of nursing work management, starting from a conceptual theoretical perspective, lifting some implications for the management of the organizations, as well as its impact in the work relationships and, consequently, for the worker's health. The main results about forms and modalities of cooperative bring the reflection that the proposal of positive changes in the category proceeds in the hand opposed to the progress. Unworthy conditions of work, attendance of little quality and remuneration lowers they constitute main negative factors of this work process. It urges, therefore, to retake the discussion from what it's expected of nursing for next times.
