It is observed that from 2008 onwards, the transsexual population started to receive care based on their specificities through ambulatories and hospitals qualified for the Transsexualizing Process. The quantitative data showed that there is a constancy in performing sexual reassignment surgeries, even though there is a need to expand access to this service. |
