Avaliação das ações educativas em enfermagem para diabéticos, uma experiência de integração docente-assistencial, no Hospital Universitário: UFC, Fortaleza-CE

The work consists of an exploratory study aiming to identify the health necessities, priorities, of a group of diabetic patients. Starting from the identification of those necessities, a sistematic orientation was elaborated and implemented with the aim of making the patient self-sufficient.
