The dysfunctions of capitalism in Keynes' view and his reformist proposals

This article aims at showing as Keynes' ideas related to the real world justifies his economic policy proposals and the necessity of State intervention to mitigate the economic and social problems that are consequence of the operational dynamic of the monetary economy. Accordingly, after presenting, in the light of Keynes' view, as economic agents behave and make their decisions in monetary economies, the article explores the Keynesian countercyclical policies, fiscal and monetary, essential to achieve full employment and to improve income and wealth distribution.
