ERRATUM
As published in the Summary of volume 42, number 4, 2008 and on page 798, the title - "Social and health indicators for cooperate if the health surveillance" - should read - "Health surveillance based on social and health indicators".
On page 803, in the right column, in the following sentence "A instrumentalização de profissionais para trabalhar na perspectiva da Vigilância prescinde de dados...", the word "não" should be added so as to read: "A instrumentalização de profissionais para trabalhar na perspectiva da Vigilância não prescinde de dados...".
