This bibliographical research and analysis of official documents on social policies and violence aims to present a great and rewarding challenge that is oriented by a new municipal administration guideline, implementing a Network for Children's and Adolescent's Care-RAICA. This Network is aimed at articulation with a view to the integration of different services and their professionals in order to intervene in the problems children and adolescents are facing due to increased violence in several areas.
