Algumas considerações sobre a falha epistemo-somática e suas manifestações na criança

The term epistemosomatic suggested by Lacan as a substitute for psychosomatic refers back to the absence of the dimension of the subject and of enjoyment in the relationship between medicine and the body, and the own being and his body. It is necessary to make a distinction between the body of psychoanalysis and the body of medicine in order to understand this. The body of psychoanalysis is structured by the speech and has three dimensions: symbolic body, imaginary body, and real body. The body of medicine is structured as an organism, it is only real body. The psychosomatic phenomenon arises from the simultaneity between letter and flash and implies an epistemosomatic fault. The younger the child, the more he reacts with the body to the conflictual signifiers of the environment in which he lives.

Epistemosomatic fault; body; subject; enjoyment; child
