This text describes a process carried out with a patient at a university treatment center. In the field of analytic intervention and within the complex framework of clinical treatment of psychoses, the patient sought to understand phenomena of language difficulties and approximations to the drama of one who desperately seeks a significant encounter, a gaze, to confirm his existence as possibility.
