La enfermedad como formalidad de la vida Del ensimismamiento a la alteración

According to Ortega y Gasset, human life is configured in a precise form and under circumstances that include things, others, and the level and socio-cultural characteristics of the world a person happens to live in. We can understand life from its historical and projective perspective, but we can also analyze it as “radical reality,” with its “formalities.” One can question from what angle psychopathological difficulties should be judged. Taking the concepts of “self-gathering” (ensimismamiento) and “alteration” (alteración), we inquire into their possible deviations.
