To evaluate the physical capacity and the myoeardial function in 30 patientes with latent Chagas' disease, the effort test was performed. 30 Controls mere used. According to complains, cardiac and respiratory rate, maximum oxigen consumption and eletrocardiographic changes there was no difference between both groups.
