Ethical-moral recognition of emancipative rights for social citizens of collective health

This essay initially revisits the democratic thought on citizenship and their respective requirements, duties and emancipating guarantees focusing on public health. Then, it updates the understanding on health as social right of citizens from an emancipating praxis of collective action. Finally, it reflects on the ethical-moral recognition of emancipating rights for the collective health citizens and life social subjects.
