Abstract
This article will analyze the applicable legislation towards the forced internal displacement in Mexico within the Human Rights’ scope, and the humanitarian protection necessary to protect displaced people in the Country due to the conditions of violence experienced by them, which are one of the main reasons for this phenomenon. Likewise, a short analysis will be made about what both violence and culture implies in this internal displacement in Mexico.
