The problem we analyze in this article refers to the impacts of the digital justice on pending cases in Labour Courts, using an inductive method and statistics. The conclusion is unexpected, once it is verified that the electronic procedures did not act as a mechanism to improve the efficiency and the performance of the Courts. Therefore, it is suggested that social accountability is an alternative so that the National Council of Justice be effectively accountable about its judiciary policies.
