Abstract
In the article it is analyzed intolerance and the ways it manifests itself in modern societies, particularly in workplaces. Several authors link intolerance with biological roots, others link it with social processes. We talk about such references critically and propose a dialectical perspective showing that intolerance manifests itself through violent, discriminatory, ironic, morbid and recurrent attitudes in labor relationships, and they show the bullying in workplaces is stimulated by the way labor is organized in capitalism in the contemporary times.
