A partir da polêmica teórica e política sobre a relação entre marxismo e psicanálise, inauguradao pela perspectiva crítica da Escola de Frankfurt, e tomando como referência o debate acadêmico e o exercício profissional do Serviço Social contemporâneo em que a temática da subjetividade vem se apresentando com forte conteúdo psicologista, o artigo propõe-se a contribuir na superação do tradicionalismo colocando a temática na agenda ética, política e acadêmica no cenário profissional.

From the theoretical and policy debate about the relation between Marxism and psychoanalysis - debate that was inaugurated by the School of Frankfurt's critical perspective - and taking the academic debate and the professional activity of the contemporary Social Services, in which subjectivity is presented with a strong psychological content, the article contributes to overcome traditionalism by setting the theme in the ethical, academic and policy agenda in the professional scene.

Este ensaio objetiva realizar um resgate crítico acerca da construção das categorias Estado e sociedade civil no pensamento de Karl Marx. Para tanto, debruça-se sobre as linhas mestras das elaborações dos contratualistas, assim como sobre o significado e o alcance do crivo hegeliano na remodelação teórica destas mediações fundamentais da vida social. Esta operação é requisito para explicitar a especificidade revolucionária do pensamento marxiano.

Abstract in English:

This article presents a critical rescue of the construction of the categories State and Civil Society in Karl Marx's thinking. To do so, it focuses on the guidelines of the elaboration of contractualism, as well as on the meaning and scope of Hegel's thinking to the theoretical remodeling of this essential mediation of the social life. This is required to express clearly the revolutionary specificity of Marx's thoughts.

O artigo trata da atitude investigativa no trabalho do assistente social - AS. Para tanto, discorre sobre os componentes do trabalho do AS, dando visibilidade às suas competências e especificidades. Na sequência, discute a atitude investigativa no exercício profissional. Propõe que, além da articulação entre investigação/ação no cotidiano de trabalho, torna-se fundamental uma atitude interdisciplinar. Finalmente, sugere o trabalho do assistente social envolto numa equação tensionada pelo pragmatismo - atitude investigativa, mediada pela intervenção, que só adquire alcance social quando pautada pela interdisciplinaridade.

Abstract in English:

The article addresses the investigative attitude in the social worker's job - SW. To do so, it deals with the parts of the SW's job, by providing visibility to their competencies and specificities. Next, it discusses the investigative attitude in the professional activity. After, it shows that, in addition to the articulation between investigation/action in the daily work, it becomes fundamental an interdisciplinary attitude. Finally, it suggests the SW's job to be involved in an equation of pragmatism - investigative attitude, mediated by intervention, that only gets to social reach when it's guided by interdisciplinarity.

Como lectura de tercer orden sobre los sistemas expertos, este trabajo analiza la práctica del diagnóstico social en el sistema de protección social a la infancia y adolescencia en Uruguay, originada a partir de una derivación judicial. A través de una mirada inicialmente incómoda, se busca promover el intercambio entre los especialistas que, desde el supuesto de una biografía que se construye reflexivamente, atribuye al sujeto la responsabilidad y los riesgos de sus conductas.

As third order reading on the expert systems, this work analyzes the practice of the social diagnosis in protection system in Uruguay, judicially originated. By supposing a reflectivity biography, social diagnosis attributes all responsibility and risks to the subjetc. This work seeks to promote a debate between specialist about theoretical support of their work.

Este artigo pretende discutir as tramas e enredos erótico-amorosos de mulheres das classes populares em Aracaju (SE), a partir de uma perspectiva de gênero. Os dados foram coletados através de dez relatos biográficos. A análise revela que a cartografia amorosa das mulheres investigadas é desenhada pela extrema miséria que acompanha sua trajetória de vida. O amor, portanto, adquire corporeidade na figura daquele que sacia sua fome e de seus filhos, mesmo quando a relação com o parceiro é permeada pela infidelidade, violência doméstica, ausência de desejo e prazer sexual.

Abstract in English:

This article intends to discuss the loving-erotic life development of women of the lower social classes in Aracaju/SE, under the gender perspective. The data were collected from ten biographical reports. The analysis reveals that the loving pattern of the investigated women is drawn by the extreme poverty that follows their life trajectory. Love, therefore, takes the form of the person who satisfies both her hunger and her children´s, even when the relationship with the partner is permeated by infidelity, domestic violence, absence of both desire and sexual satisfaction.

Este artigo sistematiza parte dos resultados preliminares de um projeto de pesquisa em andamento sobre a temática da fiscalização das profissões pelos conselhos, enfocando especificamente o Conjunto CFESS/Cress com campo empírico situado no Cress 18ª Região/SE. Além da análise dos dados, que contribui para entender o perfil do exercício profissional a partir dos aspectos que constam nos "relatórios de visita" da fiscalização, traz um debate acerca da concepção de fiscalização do conjunto CFESS/Cress e sua relação com o projeto ético-político profissional.

In this article, part of the preliminary results of a developing research project on the issue of supervision of professional activities by councils is systematized. It focuses on the group CFESS/Cress with empirical field located in the 18th Cress/SE region. Besides the analysis of the data, which helps to understand the profile of the professional work from the aspects that are in the "visit reports" from the supervision people, it discusses the conception of supervision in the group CFESS/Cress and its relation with the ethical-political project.
