Resumo: Neste texto, estamos trazendo alguns apontamentos baseados nas obras de Marx sobre trabalho produtivo e improdutivo. Refletimos também sobre aquele trabalho não remunerado realizado pela mulher no espaço doméstico. Com este pano de fundo, estamos dialogando criticamente com o texto “Salários contra o trabalho doméstico” (“Wages against housework”), presente no livro O ponto zero da revolução: trabalho doméstico, reprodução e luta feminista, de Silvia Federici.

Abstract: In this text we are bringing some notes based on Marx, about productive and unproductive work. We also reflect on the unpaid work performed by women in the domestic space. And against this backdrop, we are critically dialoguing with the text “Wages against housework”, present in the book Revolution at point zero: housework, reproduction and feminist struggle by Silvia Federici.

Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo é discutir a renda da terra como base para análise das questões urbana e agrária. Para isso, realizamos um estudo temático cuja análise seguiu o método materialista histórico-dialético. Debruçamo-nos sobre os estudos desenvolvidos por Marx e Engels, além de elaborarmos uma pesquisa bibliográfica complementar. Buscou-se desvelar o laço que unifica a essência de duas expressões da questão social: a propriedade privada da terra e o processo de sua valorização a partir do trabalho incorporado à terra.

Abstract: This article aims to discuss land rent as a basis for analyzing urban and agrarian issues. To this end, we carried out a thematic study whose analysis followed the historical-dialectic materialist method. We focused on the studies developed by Marx, Engels, as well as complementary bibliographical research. We sought to unveil the bond that unifies the essence of these expressions of the “social issue”: private ownership of land and the process of its valorization based on the work incorporated into the land.

Resumo: O artigo elucida o conservacionismo e a questão ambiental na Política de Assistência Social, em pesquisa de doutorado no Serviço Social. Objetiva identificar o trato às populações tradicionais ribeirinhas, que habitam unidades de conservação. A pesquisa exploratório-descritiva apresenta a prática profissional de assistentes sociais na Amazônia. Entre os resultados, aponta as limitações da Política Social com sua concepção impregnada pelo “fator amazônico”, desconsiderando a importância do bioma.

Abstract: The article elucidates conservationism and the environmental issue in Social Assistance Policy, in PhD research in Social Work. It aims to identify the treatment of traditional riverine populations, who inhabit conservation units. The exploratory-descriptive research presents the professional practice of social workers in the Amazon. Among the results, it points out the limitations of Social Policy with its conception impregnated by the “Amazon factor”, disregarding the importance of the biome.

Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo consiste em analisar como a interpretação marxiana acerca da ontologia e da filosofia política hegelianas reflete na sua crítica da economia política capitalista, com ênfase para como Marx elabora a relação entre trabalho e sociabilidade a partir de Hegel, e como esse processo influencia a crítica marxiana da forma valor (Wertform) como substância social do processo de acumulação do capital. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, guiada pela leitura imanente das obras marxiana e hegeliana.

Abstract: The objective of this article is to analyze how the Marxian interpretation of Hegelian ontology and political philosophy reflects in his critique of capitalist political economy, with emphasis on how Marx elaborates the relationship between labor and sociability based on Hegel, and how this process of influence the Marxian critique of the value form (Wertform) as the social substance of the capital accumulation process. A methodology used for bibliographical research guided by the immanent reading of Marxian and Hegelian works.

Resumo: O objetivo do artigo é resgatar a concepção de classes e grupos subalternos no pensamento de Antonio Gramsci, demarcando a relação orgânica do tema com suas condições de vida, suas origens sardas e a “questão meridional”. Através de um estudo bibliográfico e teórico-filológico, recupera-se a presença dos conceitos nos escritos pré-carcerários, o aprofundamento nos Cadernos do cárcere, com destaque para os Cadernos 3 e 25, e as mediações com outras categorias desenvolvidas na obra carcerária.

Abstract: The aim of this article is to rescue the conception of subaltern classes and groups in Antonio Gramsci’s thought, demarcating the organic relationship of the theme with their living conditions, their Sardinian origins and the “southern question”. Through a bibliographic and theoretical-philological study, the presence of the concepts in the pre-prison writings is recovered, as well as the deepening of the Prision Notebooks, with emphasis on Notebooks 3 and 25, and the mediations with other categories developed in the prison work.

Resumo: O artigo explora a conexão entre a escravidão contemporânea no Brasil e a superexploração, baseando-se na análise dos elementos estruturais das relações de trabalho no país. Observa-se que as particularidades sócio-históricas do capitalismo dependente latino-americano são fundamentais para a formação da classe trabalhadora. O texto se articula em dois eixos principais: economia dependente e superexploração da força de trabalho; e escravidão contemporânea no Brasil e as contrarreformas. Para esta análise, utilizamos um levantamento bibliográfico como base metodológica.

Abstract: The article explores the connection between contemporary slavery in Brazil and superexploitation, based on the analysis of the structural elements of labor relations in the country. It is observed that the socio-historical particularities of Latin American dependent capitalism are fundamental to the formation of the working class. The text is structured around two main axes: dependent economy and superexploitation of labor; and contemporary slavery in Brazil and the counter-reforms. For this analysis, we used a bibliographic survey as the methodological basis.

Resumo: Nos últimos 40 anos, o neoliberalismo tem intensificado a superexploração e a precarização das condições de trabalho e vida das classes trabalhadoras no mundo. Neste trabalho, analisamos seus impactos nos países latino-americanos a partir de três eixos: a “questão social”, o mundo do trabalho e as políticas sociais. Através de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, destacamos as transformações na intervenção estatal e nas políticas sociais da região, em especial o minimalismo e a assistencialização que elas sofrem.

Abstract: Over the past four decades, neoliberalism has intensified the overexploitation and precariousness of the working and living conditions of the working classes worldwide. In this study, we analyze its impacts on Latin American countries based on three axes: the “social issue”, the world of work, and social policies. Through documentary and bibliographic research, we highlight the transformations in state intervention and social policies in the region, especially the minimalism and the increasing assistance they experience.

Resumo: O presente artigo aborda as configurações do trabalho e suas evoluções históricas, partindo do início do capitalismo, sua expansão na Revolução Industrial, até a indústria 4.0 e suas tecnologias mais modernas para a precarização e exploração da força de trabalho. Nesse mesmo prisma, destaca as determinações reflexivas entre o capitalismo e o racismo, evidenciando a perpetuação da dinâmica de dominação étnico-racial, agora com as mais novas e sofisticadas ferramentas tecnológicas.

Abstract: This article looks at the configurations of labour and their historical evolution, starting from the beginning of capitalism, its expansion in the industrial revolution, to industry 4.0 and its most modern technologies for the precariousness and exploitation of the workforce. In the same vein, it emphasises the reflexive determinations between capitalism and racism, highlighting the perpetuation of the dynamics of ethnic-racial domination, now with the newest and most sophisticated technological tools.

Resumo: O artigo analisa os desafios para a luta de classes na atualidade frente ao aprofundamento da crise do capital e a ascensão da extrema-direita com características fascistas. Em alusão ao título de Rosa Luxemburgo, reflete os desafios postos às organizações revolucionárias em tempos de alternativas limitadas ao reformismo, a partir da compreensão da crise estrutural do capital como sistêmica e seus desdobramentos políticos. A metodologia foi a revisão bibliográfica.

Abstract: In this article, we will analyze the challenges for class struggle today in the face of the deepening capital crisis and the rise of the right with fascist characteristics. In reference to Rosa Luxemburg’s title reflects on the challenges posed to revolutionary organizations in times of limited alternatives to reformism. For this, analysis the structural crisis of capital with system and its political implications. The methodology used was a literature review.

Resumo: Este artigo discute as relações de gênero e os movimentos sociais referentes à inserção de mulheres trabalhadoras na luta por moradia no Rio Grande do Sul. Visa estudar tal organização política para reconhecer os impactos gerados frente à inacessibilidade de direitos. Foi realizado levantamento de dados através de reportagens publicadas entre 2016 e 2021. Então, busca-se compilar registros da luta cotidiana e apontar possíveis maneiras de contribuir para o seu fortalecimento.

Abstract: This article discusses gender relations and social movements regarding the working women’s insertion in the struggle for habitation in Rio Grande do Sul. It aims to study such political organization to recognize its impacts generated while facing the inaccessibility of rights. Data collection was carried out through reports published between 2016 and 2021. Therefore, it attempts to compile records of the daily struggle and indicate possible ways to contribute to its strengthening.

Resumo: O artigo reflete sobre as políticas do Banco Mundial (BM) dirigidas à educação superior na América Latina, com ênfase no Brasil, analisando como elas se alinham com a Teoria do Capital Humano (TCH). Recorreu-se à pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, tendo por base os relatórios do BM. Analisaram-se desde a perspectiva crítica, a relação trabalho e educação, até as diretrizes da TCH nos organismos internacionais na política educacional brasileira, apontando para uma educação mercadoria capturada como (re)produção social para manutenção da hegemonia do grande capital.

Abstract: The article reflects on the World Bank (WB) policies directed at higher education in Latin America, with an emphasis on Brazil, analyzing how they align with Human Capital Theory (HCT). A bibliographic and documentary research was conducted, based on WB reports. From a critical perspective, it analyzed the relationship between work and education, up to the HCT guidelines in international organizations within Brazilian educational policy, pointing to an education commodity captured as social (re)production for maintaining the hegemony of big capital.

Resumen: Este artículo examina una parte de un estudio realizado en España sobre el Estado Social español durante la crisis del capital iniciada en 2008 y posteriormente durante la pandemia de COVID-19. El propósito ha sido entender las medidas adoptadas en cada uno de estos períodos históricos y sus impactos en el Estado Social. A continuación, se presentan algunos de los resultados obtenidos a partir de una investigación bibliográfica, empírica y documental.

Abstract: This article presents part of a study conducted on the Spanish social State during the capital crisis that began in 2008 and later during the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective has been to understand the measures adopted in each of these historical periods and their impacts on the Social State. Below, some of the results obtained from a bibliographic, empirical and documentary research are presented.

Resumo: O objetivo deste ensaio é elucidar a ontogênese da instrumentalidade e sua relação com razão moderna e fetichismo. Recorre-se ao materialismo histórico-dialético, pautado na ontologia do ser social, para desvelar categorialmente a instrumentalidade. Seguidamente, aborda-se o influxo da racionalidade formal-abstrata e fetichista sobre tal categoria. Constata-se que a desfetichização realizada pela razão dialética é a única capaz de se contrapor ao fetichismo da razão formal-abstrata.

Abstract: The aim of this essay is to elucidate the ontogenesis of instrumentality and its relationship with modern reason and fetishism. Appeal to historical-dialectical materialism, based on the ontology of social being, is used to categorically unveil instrumentality. It then looks at the influence of formal-abstract and fetishistic rationality on this category. It is found that the de-fetishization carried out by dialectical reason is the only one capable of counteracting the fetishism of formal-abstract reason.

Resumo: O presente estudo objetivou analisar os casos de injúria racial e de racismo em Belém, cidade localizada na Amazônia brasileira, no período de 2017 a 2022. Empregou-se uma abordagem quantitativa, aplicada, utilizando métodos estatísticos descritivos. A Secretaria Adjunta de Inteligência e Análise Criminal foi a fonte de coleta de dados. O estudo analisou 738 registros de injúria racial e racismo em Belém, inferindo que houve um significativo avanço do racismo contra as mulheres negras, especialmente no ano de 2022.

Abstract: The present study aimed to analyze cases of racial insult and racism in Belém, a city located in the Brazilian Amazon, between 2017 and 2022. A quantitative, applied approach was used, using descriptive statistical methods. The Deputy Secretariat of Intelligence and Criminal Analysis was the source of data collection. The study analyzed 738 records of racial insults and racism in Belém, inferring that there was a significant increase in racism against black women, especially in the year 2022.

Resumo: O artigo examina interpretações de práticas autoritárias no Brasil. Analisa os ataques à democracia e a implantação de um estado de exceção, elucidando aspectos antidemocráticos persistentes na relação Estado-sociedade. Através de revisão da literatura, parte do período pós-golpe de 2016, que retirou Dilma Rousseff da Presidência da República, segue os anos de gestão Temer e chega até os ataques de janeiro de 2023, passando pelo período correspondente ao governo de Jair Bolsonaro.

Abstract: The article examines interpretations of authoritarian practices in Brazil. It analyzes the attacks on democracy and the implementation of a state of exception, elucidating persistent anti-democratic aspects in the State-society relationship. Through a literature review, it starts from the period after the 2016 coup that removed Dilma Rousseff from the Presidency of the Republic, follows the years of Temer’s administration and reaches the attacks of January 2023, passing through the period corresponding to Jair Bolsonaro’s government.

Resumo: Este artigo apresenta a Rede de Filantropia para a Justiça Social, enfatizando seu funcionamento, função e ideologias nela reproduzidas para garantir a hegemonia das classes dominantes. O debate desenvolve uma análise bibliográfica sobre aparelhos privados de hegemonia e demais conceitos e categorias relacionadas ao termo, tendo por base, principalmente, estudos gramscianos. A base analítica referenciada permite identificar especificidades do aparelho privado de hegemonia (APH) em destaque, em sua mediação com a visão de mundo construída.

Abstract: This article presents the Philanthropy Network for Social Justice, emphasizing its operation, function and ideologies reproduced in it to guarantee the hegemony of the dominant classes. The debate develops a bibliographical analysis on private apparatuses of hegemony and other concepts and categories related to the term, based mainly on Gramscian studies. The referenced analytical base allows us to identify specificities of the APH highlighted, in its mediation with the constructed worldview.

Resumo: A lei do marco temporal está interligada aos conflitos entre desenvolvimento econômico, preservação dos ecossistemas e a demarcação de terras indígenas. A expansão do agronegócio frequentemente pressiona por novas áreas, gerando conflitos de terra, desmatamento e degradação ambiental. Este estudo analisa a evolução do conceito de marco temporal, sua utilização política pelo agronegócio e os potenciais impactos dessa política nos mecanismos de proteção ambiental, destacando a importância das terras indígenas na conservação ambiental.

Abstract: The law of the temporal framework is intertwined with conflicts between economic development, ecosystem preservation, and the differentiation of indigenous lands. The expansion of agribusiness frequently pressures new areas, generating land conflicts, deforestation, and environmental degradation. This study analyzes the evolution of the temporal framework concept, its political use by agribusiness, and the potential impacts of this policy on environmental protection mechanisms, highlighting the importance of indigenous lands in ecological conservation.

Resumo: Objetivou-se analisar o modo como algumas famílias que sobrevivem do mercado informal foram afetadas pelas medidas governamentais tomadas durante a pandemia da covid-19 em Angola. Realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Os resultados apontam que as medidas tomadas pelo governo aprofundaram a situação de pobreza dos trabalhadores informais, uma vez que a sua sobrevivência dependia do ganho diário das suas vendas, provocando a perda de grande parte dos trabalhos formais, fazendo com que muitas mulheres recorressem ao trabalho informal no intuito de garantir a sobrevivência familiar.

Abstract: The objective was to analyze how some families that survive in the informal market were affected by government measures taken during the Covid-19 pandemic in Angola. A bibliographic and documentary research was carried out. The results indicate that the measures taken by the government deepened the situation of poverty of informal workers, since their survival depended on the daily gain from their sales, causing the loss of a large part of formal jobs, causing many women to resort to to informal work in order to guarantee family survival.

Resumo: Nesta entrevista, Arlindo Manuel Caldeira aborda a origem do tráfico transatlântico de escravizados, seu interesse pelos estudos de temas relacionados à história da África e da colonização do Império Português. No diálogo com o entrevistador, ganham relevâncias os assuntos sobre as fontes de pesquisa e a importância dos estudos sobre a história da escravidão numa perspectiva de revisar a história do trabalho no Brasil.

Abstract: In this interview, Arlindo Manuel Caldeira discusses the origins of the transatlantic slave trade, his interest in studying topics related to the history of Africa and the colonization of the Portuguese Empire. In the dialogue with the interviewer, issues about research sources and the importance of studies on the history of slavery gain relevance from the perspective of reviewing the history of work in Brazil.
