The objective of this study is to provide reflection about the Health Service's Residues Management Program's - PGRSS' - Bio-safety, centered on ecological management for health institution's managers. It shows us how important Bio-safety is to the contemporary manager, as he/she takes care of the natural, biological, physical and social habitat, assuring its company and the safety of the environment
