Resumo: O objetivo do artigo é identificar a semelhança das visões de Abai e B. Pascal, em relação ao aparato categórico, ideias-chave e especificidades da apresentação. No curso do estudo dessa questão, a abordagem histórico-filosófica foi escolhida, devido à necessidade de estudar as obras centrais no contexto da história mundial do pensamento. A hermenêutica foi escolhida como método principal, que permite a livre análise e interpretação de textos, revelando seu conteúdo sob a ótica de formas não clássicas de racionalidade. O método eclético, juntamente com a análise científica geral, síntese, comparação e generalização em um complexo, possibilita traçar paralelos facilmente entre fontes e conceitos diretamente não relacionados. No artigo, é determinado o pertencimento da filosofia de Abai e B. Pascal ao cordocentrismo. São reveladas as categorias de “coração”, “razão”, “vontade”, “fé”, “ciência” e sua interconexão. O escopo da afiliação de gênero dos pensadores é expandida.

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to identify the similarity of Abai’s and B. Pascal’s views regarding the categorical apparatus, key ideas, and specifics of the presentation. In the course of the study of this question, the historical-philosophical approach was chosen because of the need to study the core works in the context of the world’s history of thought. Hermeneutics was chosen to be the main method, which allows the free analysis and interpretation of texts, revealing their content from the perspective of non-classical forms of rationality. The eclectic method, together with general scientific analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization in a complex, allows drawing parallels easily between directly unrelated sources and concepts. In the article, the belonging of Abai and B. Pascal’s philosophy to cordocentrism is determined, the categories of “heart”, “reason”, “will”, “faith”, “science” and their interconnection are revealed, the scope of genre affiliation of thinkers is expanded.

Resumo: O tema do arrependimento é eterno para os cristãos. Quase todos os Santos Padres tocaram nele com necessidade e consideraram utilizar essa preparação milagrosa dada pela Igreja. Ela também corre como um fio vermelho através da obra de Pratum, de John Moschus. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar a obra Pratum, de John Moschus, que aborda o tema do arrependimento e os principais aspectos da ascese. O trabalho visa a identificar as principais características da vida monástica associadas às práticas ascéticas do monaquismo primitivo descritas na obra. O estudo centra-se nos destinatários da obra, nomeadamente os monges para os quais a obra foi escrita, e nos temas sobre as práticas ascéticas, a importância e a necessidade do arrependimento e a ação da graça divina na vida humana. O estudo pretende garantir que esses temas e práticas sejam herdados por outras gerações e não percam sua relevância.

Abstract: The theme of repentance is eternal for Christians. Almost all the Holy Fathers touched upon it with necessity and called to resort to this miraculous preparation given by the Church. It also runs like a red thread through the work of Pratum by John Moschus. The purpose of this study is to analyze the work of Pratum by John Moschus, which touches upon the theme of repentance and the main aspects of asceticism. The paper aims to identify the main characteristics of monastic life associated with ascetic practices of primitive monasticism described in the work. The study focuses on the addressees of the work, namely the monks for whom the work was written, and the topics about ascetic practices, the importance and necessity of repentance and the action of divine grace in human life. The study intends to ensure that these themes and practices are inherited by other generations and do not lose their relevance.

Resumo: O objetivo do artigo é estudar o desenvolvimento criativo e as buscas estéticas e filosóficas da obra de Stanislav Shumytskyi dentro do processo cultural e histórico dos anos 60 do século XX. A base da abordagem metodológica deste trabalho de pesquisa é um estudo sistemático complexo, que se baseia em uma combinação qualitativa de métodos teóricos de pesquisa. Em particular, análise, síntese, generalização, interpretação, abstração, bem como método descritivo, comparativo, de justaposição, método histórico-comparativo, método intertextual, em particular, seus princípios intermediários, foram aplicados para uma consideração detalhada da obra de Stanislav Shumytskyi. Os principais resultados obtidos no âmbito desta pesquisa científica devem ser considerados com a comprovação das características das buscas estéticas e filosóficas da obra de Stanislav Shumytskyi dentro do processo histórico-cultural dos anos 60 do século XX e o significado da herança criativa do artista para o processo literário moderno.

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to study the creative development, the aesthetic and the philosophical searches of Stanislav Shumytskyi’s work within the cultural and historical process of the 60s of the 20th century. The basis of the methodological approach in this research work is a complex systematic study, which is based on a qualitative combination of theoretical research methods. In particular, analysis, synthesis, generalization, interpretation, abstraction, as well as descriptive, comparative, juxtaposition method, comparative-historical method, intertextual method, in particular its intermedial principles, were applied for a detailed consideration of Stanislav Shumytskyi’s work. This research highlights Stanislav Shumytskyi’s unique aesthetic and philosophical pursuits in the 1960s cultural-historical milieu. Emphasis is laid on relevance of Shumytskyi’s creative legacy for contemporary literature. The study enriches understanding of the cultural climate in the period, especially regarding the Ukrainian Sixtiers movement.

Resumo: O estudo das ideias de Ibn Taymiyyah sobre o haram e o halal, no Islã, continua a ser relevante para a compreensão da jurisprudência islâmica, da ética, da identidade cultural e das questões contemporâneas. O objetivo do artigo é analisar as obras de Ibn Taymiyyah e identificar seus conceitos mais importantes para a comunidade muçulmana. Os métodos de análise das fatwas escritas por Ibn Taymiyyah e os métodos de interpretação e comparação dos conceitos de proibido e permitido, no Islã, foram usados para atingir o objetivo do estudo. A principal conclusão da pesquisa é que Ibn Taymiyyah era conhecido por suas pesquisas em lei islâmica, teologia e moralidade. Ele tinha visões conservadoras e, devido às suas próprias ideias reformistas, foi repetidamente condenado. Apesar disso, ele criticou os ensinamentos tradicionais sobre o Islã e apoiou a necessidade de reformar alguns aspectos da prática islâmica. Ibn Taymiyyah atribuiu grande importância ao exame do Alcorão e da Sunnah do Profeta Muhammad, a fim de entender o que é proibido e permitido, em várias áreas da vida muçulmana. Ele enfatizou a importância de uma dieta saudável, a necessidade de seguir os princípios islâmicos em questões financeiras e a preservação da dignidade e do comportamento respeitoso, em todos os aspectos da vida.

Abstract: The study of Ibn Taymiyyah’s ideas on haram and halal in Islam remains relevant for understanding Islamic jurisprudence, ethics, cultural identity and contemporary issues. The purpose of the paper is to analyze Ibn Taymiyyah’s works and identify his most important concepts for the Muslim community. The methods of analyzing fatwas, written by Ibn Taymiyyah, and methods of interpreting and comparing the concepts of forbidden and permitted in Islam were used to achieve the purpose of the study. The main conclusion of the study is that Ibn Taymiyyah was known for his research in Islamic law, theology and morality. The figure had conservative views, and due to his own reformist ideas, he was repeatedly convicted. Despite this, he criticized traditional teachings about Islam and supported the need to reform some aspects of Islamic practice. Ibn Taymiyyah attached great importance to the examination of Prophet Muhammad’s Quran and Sunnah to understand what is forbidden and allowed in various areas of Muslim life. He stressed the importance of a healthy diet, the need to follow Islamic principles in financial matters and the preservation of dignity and respectful behavior in all aspects of life.

Resumo: O artigo visa a situar a interpretação de Claude Lefort sobre a onda contestatória que tomou a França, em Maio de 68, e ressaltar os impactos que esse evento histórico provocou em seu pensamento político, sobretudo no que diz respeito à compreensão do estatuto da ação política, no âmbito das sociedades democráticas contemporâneas. Num primeiro momento, busca-se mostrar que sua leitura do acontecimento está ancorada numa reflexão sobre o fenômeno burocrático, o que permite a Lefort discernir a contestação social generalizada, sobrevinda não por acaso na Universidade, enquanto uma recusa da lógica capitalista-burocrática presente nas instituições francesas da época. Em seguida, abordam-se as repercussões de Maio de 68 no âmbito da reflexão teórica de Lefort e a maneira pela qual o filósofo é instigado a repensar as noções de história, sujeito político e revolução a distância de uma matriz de pensamento marxista. Trata-se, enfim, de acompanhar o esforço filosófico do autor, em sua dupla dimensão: a crítica do presente e a elaboração de um novo paradigma de emancipação.

Abstract: The article aims to situate Claude Lefort’s interpretation of the protest wave that took France in May 1968 and to highlight the impacts that this historical event provoked in his political thought, especially with regard to the understanding of the status of political action within contemporary democratic societies. First of all, we seek to show that his reading of the event is anchored in a mature reflection on the bureaucratic phenomenon, which allows Lefort to discern the generalized social contestation, which occurred not by chance at the University, as a refusal of the capitalist-bureaucratic logic present in the institutions French of the time. After, we address the repercussions of May 68 in the scope of Lefort’s theoretical reflection and the way in which the philosopher is instigated to rethink the notions of history, political subject and revolution at a distance from a matrix of Marxist thought. Finally, it is about following the author’s philosophical effort in its double dimension: the critique of the present and the elaboration of a new paradigm of emancipation.

Resumo: O objetivo do artigo científico é uma análise comparativa da filosofia da consciência, no contexto da teoria ocidental e oriental. No processo das três etapas da pesquisa científica, os autores utilizaram métodos científicos gerais e únicos, como métodos de análise, síntese, generalização, indução, comparativos e análise de conteúdo. As obras científicas e metodológicas de representantes da filosofia ocidental e oriental são analisadas para explicar o problema da consciência humana. As características do monoteísmo islâmico, nas visões de Al-Farabi, bem como a relação entre pensamento e corpo, na teoria de Ibn Sina, são consideradas. A interpretação da filosofia da consciência da região ocidental é apresentada no exemplo da heterofenomenologia e do fisicalismo de Dennett, o experimento mental da “sala chinesa” de Searle e outros. As semelhanças e diferenças fundamentais na explicação da filosofia da consciência pelos cientistas ocidentais e orientais são determinadas. A crítica analítica do autor a essas tendências filosóficas é fornecida.

Abstract: The purpose of the scientific article is a comparative analysis of the philosophy of consciousness in the context of Western and Eastern theory. In the process of the three stages of scientific research, the authors used general scientific and unique methods, such as analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, comparative, and content analysis methods. The Western and Eastern philosophy representatives’ scientific and methodological works are analyzed to explain the problem of human consciousness. The features of Islamic monotheism in Al-Farabi’s views, as well as the relationship between thinking and body in Ibn Sina’s theory, are considered. The interpretation of the philosophy of consciousness of the Western region is presented on the example of Dennett’s heterophenomenology and physicalism, the “Chinese room” thought experiment by Searle and others. The fundamental similarities and differences in explaining the philosophy of consciousness by Western and Eastern scientists are determined. The author’s analytical criticism of these philosophical trends is provided.

Resumen: Este artículo explora los cambios en el entorno legal cambiante y la estructura social de la sociedad de la meseta Qinghai - Tíbet, la dinámica social y cultural reflejada en el declive, renacimiento y mutación de la poligamia, enfatiza el papel de la mujer en ella y espera con interés el desarrollo futuro de la poligamia en la meseta Qinghai - Tíbet. La exploración y práctica de este artículo es una nueva conceptualización de estudios anteriores sobre el poder de género y la Condición Jurídica y Social de la mujer. La existencia y continuación de la poligamia refuta la comprensión mecánica de la subordinación general de las mujeres desde una perspectiva intercultural, y las características dinámicas, sistemáticas y simbólicas de los roles y estatus de las mujeres en el matrimonio poligámico en la meseta Qinghai - Tíbet verifican la predicción de la tendencia de la investigación sobre el estatus de las mujeres. La preocupación por el papel y la posición de las mujeres en las familias polígamas intenta confirmar la complejidad del poder de género y la posición de las mujeres en la sociedad. Tanto la innovación del pensamiento teórico como la exploración del camino de investigación son para ir más allá en la exploración de problemas similares. Aunque es imposible agotar todos los problemas posibles, la atención y exploración de los grupos de mujeres en el sistema de matrimonio polígamo en este artículo enriquece la visión de los estudios anteriores sobre la Condición Jurídica y Social de la mujer, pero también plantea cuestiones por explorar.

Abstract: This article explores the social and cultural dynamics reflected by the decline, revival and variation of the diversified marriage system, considering the context of changes in the social legal environment and social structure of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, with polygamy as a typical example. The research focuses on the women’s role in it and anticipates the future development of polygamy on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. The investigation and application of this paper are a re-interpretation of prior studies on gender power and women’s position. From a cross-cultural standpoint, the prevalence and persistence of polyandry refutes the mechanical interpretation of women’s universal subservient role. The emphasis on women’s roles and position in polyandry families seeks to confirm the complexities of gender power and women’s standing in society. Both theoretical concept invention and research path exploration are targeted at moving further into the investigation of similar challenges. The focus and exploration of the female group in polyandry in this article have supplemented prior studies on the women’s status and identified difficulties that need to be addressed.

Resumo: Reconhecidas por fazer parte da poesia alemã moderna com influência internacional, as obras de Glück demonstram um conceito único de inovação e experiência, o que possibilitaria um novo campo da criação poética. Portanto, é importante estudar a influência das obras de Glück na literatura do novo período chinês. Este artigo analisou a propagação das influências culturais chinesas, bem como o seu papel na literatura chinesa contemporânea, através das lentes da poética, nas obras literárias de Glück. Por meio das técnicas de mineração de dados, este texto realizou uma pesquisa virtual sobre o volume de vendas e o número de leitores das obras de Glück, examinando suas informações demográficas, que incluem: idade, escolaridade e distribuição regional. Os resultados da pesquisa constataram que, de março até outubro de 2020, o volume médio mensal de vendas dos livros impressos de Glück foi de 13.625, enquanto a média mensal de leitores de e-books foi de 21.520,75. As obras de Glück foram amplamente divulgadas na China e divergiram da cultura chinesa. A natureza poética de Glück e o conceito de obstinação solitária, o qual não decai no que nele expressa, abriram novas possibilidades para a literatura chinesa contemporânea e proporcionaram aos escritores novas formas de explorar a arte.

Abstract: As a modern American poet with international influence, Louise Glück’s works demonstrate a unique spirit of innovation and sense of experimentation, which would open up a new field of poetic creation. Therefore, it is important to study the influence of Gluck’s works on the literature of the new Chinese period. This paper examined the dissemination of Chinese cultural influences and their role in contemporary Chinese literature through the lens of poetics in Glück’s literary works. By employing data mining techniques, this paper conducted an online survey on the sales volume and readership of Glück’s works, examining the readers’ demographic information, including age, education level and regional distribution. The survey results demonstrated that from March 2020 to October 2020, the average monthly sales volume of Glück’s print books was 13,625, while the average monthly readership of e-books was 21,520.75. Glück’s works have been widely disseminated in China and collided with Chinese culture. Glück’s poetic nature and stubborn spirit of solitude without sinking have opened up new possibilities for contemporary Chinese literature and provided a new way for writers to explore art.

Resumen: En este artículo, desde la perspectiva del feminismo, a través del análisis de la herencia y la innovación de la poesía palaciega de Li Bai en su creación, la autora plantea dos técnicas y su síntoma en los tres poemas de Qingping Tune: heredar la sensacionalización del palacio -poesía de estilo e innovando en las técnicas mitológicas y legendarias de la poesía de estilo palaciego. A partir de estas dos técnicas, la inconsciencia del fetiche y la fantasía mitológica de la diosa se revela a partir del “vacío” de la imagen misma, para lograr el efecto de investigación de un análisis integral de la ideología disciplinaria femenina en la literatura cortesana patriarcal de los aristócratas.

Abstract: In this paper, from the perspectives of feminism, through the analysis of Li Bai’s inheritance and innovation of palace-style poetry in his creation, the author puts forward two techniques and their symptom in the three poems of Qingping Tune: inheriting the sensationalization of palace-style poetry and innovating in the mythological and legendary techniques of palace-style poetry. Based on these two techniques, the unconsciousness of the fetish and goddess mythological fantasy is revealed from the “blankness” of the image itself, so as to achieve the research effect of a comprehensive analysis of the female discipline ideology in the aristrocrats’ patriarchal courtly literature.

Resumo: A globalização mudou muitos aspectos da sociedade tradicional. A relevância deste artigo reside no fato de uma das consequências da globalização ser a perda das tradições, cultura, ideologia e singularidade dos povos nómadas, incluindo os pós-nómadas. Analisamos a literatura a respeito de como a consciência dos pós-nômadas muda a partir dos processos de globalização e como os nômadas se adaptam a tais processos. Tendo analisado todos os problemas e desafios para a consciência dos pós-nômadas na adaptação à globalização, revelou-se que a identidade cultural dos pós-nômadas na República do Quirguizistão, com uma adaptação bem-sucedida às condições de vida modernas, continua a ser importante. Está estabelecido ser mais conveniente introduzir um desenvolvimento original, na forma de uma combinação harmoniosa de tradições e inovações, para melhorar os padrões de vida. No decorrer do artigo foram desenvolvidas recomendações para o renascimento e preservação dos valores e da cultura tradicionais dos pós-nômadas, no contexto da globalização, para preservar a identidade social e a identidade étnica.

Abstract: Globalization has changed traditional society’s many aspects. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that one of the consequences of globalization is the loss of nomadic peoples’ traditions, culture, ideology and uniqueness, including post-nomads. The purpose of this study is a detailed analysis of the literature on how the post-nomads’ consciousness changes from globalization processes, and how nomads adapt to such processes. Having analysed all the problems and challenges for the post-nomads’ consciousness in the adaptation to globalization, it was revealed that the post-nomads’ cultural identity in the Kyrgyz Republic, with successful adaptation to modern living conditions, remains important. It is established that it is more expedient to introduce original development, in the form of a harmonious combination of traditions and innovations, to improve living standards. In the course of the study, recommendations were developed for the revival and preservation of post-nomads’ traditional values and culture, in the context of globalization, to preserve identity and ethnic identity.

Resumo: Este trabalho tem como objetivo contribuir para a reflexão sobre os elementos epistemológicos presentes na filosofia de Hans Jonas. A chave interpretativa fornecida pelo autor, com a noção de Homo Pictor e a importância das imagens, dos símbolos, da imaginação e da memória, na evolução da liberdade humana, no âmbito da vida, que resultou no ser humano atual, proporciona um campo fecundo para a exploração dos atributos dos sujeitos epistêmicos apontados pelo filósofo. Nesse sentido, propõe-se uma leitura que considera os possíveis elementos de uma teoria do conhecimento de Jonas, a partir dos textos “Image Making and the Freedom of Man” (1966), com destaque ao apêndice do ensaio, intitulado “On the Origins of the Experience of Truth” e do texto “Tool, Image, and Grave” (1986).

Abstract: This work aims to contribute to reflection on the epistemological elements present in the philosophy of Hans Jonas. The interpretative key provided by the author with the notion of Homo Pictor and the importance of images, symbols, imagination and memory in the evolution of human freedom within the scope of life, which resulted in the current human being, provide a fruitful field for exploration of the attributes of the epistemic subjects pointed out by the philosopher. In this sense, we propose a reading that considers the possible elements of a theory of knowledge by Jonas based on the texts Image Making and the Freedom of Man (1966), with emphasis on the appendix of the essay, entitled On the Origins of the Experience of Truth and from the text Tool, Image, and Grave (1986).

Resumo: Com o rápido desenvolvimento da sociedade da informação moderna, o Big Data (BD) trouxe grande comodidade à vida dos residentes. No contexto do BD, a aplicação da tecnologia da informação em diversas áreas tornou-se uma tendência. Através da transformação da filosofia educacional, a Gestão do Ensino Superior também assumiu novas características e gerou novos rumos de desenvolvimento. Este artigo explora as deficiências e razões do trabalho tradicional de Gestão de Esino Superior, aponta problemas atuais e explica a necessidade de sua inovação. Também analisa as vantagens e o desenvolvimento da tecnologia BD no trabalho de gestão. Através das novas ideias, métodos e ferramentas trazidas pela tecnologia Big Data para a Gestão do Ensino Superior, foi demonstrado que a tecnologia BD apoiou o desenvolvimento de modalidades de ensino inovadoras, proporcionou um ambiente de aprendizagem positivo e reduziu os custos de gestão. Com base nas características do trabalho da Gestão e nas vantagens da tecnologia BD, foram realizadas pesquisas inovadoras para analisar a eficiência e o entusiasmo da aprendizagem dos alunos para ilustrar o efeito inovador desse trabalho. Os autres defendem que a tecnologia BD, incluindo Inteligência Artificial e gestão precisa e flexível, traz novas ideias, métodos e ferramentas para a GEstão, melhorando efetivamente a eficiência, aumentando a felicidade dos alunos e reduzindo os custos de gestão laboral. Ademais, apoiam o desenvolvimento de modelos de ensino inovadores, oferecem aos estudantes universitários um ambiente de aprendizagem positivo e reduzem os custos de gestão.

Abstract: With the modern information society’s rapid development, Big Data (BD) has brought great convenience to residents’ lives. Under the background of BD, the application of information technology in various fields has become a trend. Through the transformation of educational philosophy, Higher Education Management (HEM) has also taken on new characteristics and generated new development directions. This article explored the shortcomings and reasons of traditional HEM work, pointed out current problems in it and explained the necessity of innovation in it. This article also analyzed the advantages and development of BD technology in management work. Through the new ideas, methods and tools brought by Big Data technology to Higher Education Management, it was demonstrated that BD technology supported the development of innovative teaching mode, provided a positive learning environment and reduces management costs. Based on the characteristics of HEM work and the advantages of BD technology, innovative research was conducted to analyze students’ learning efficiency and enthusiasm to illustrate the innovative effect of HEM work. BD technology, including Artificial Intelligence and precise and flexible management, brings new ideas, methods and tools to HEM, effectively improving efficiency, enhancing students’ happiness and reducing labor management costs. Resumo: Neste artigo, pergunta-se sobre como o nosso mundo faz ou é sentido ainda hoje, sempre e novamente. Essa é a pergunta a que Nancy tenta responder ininterruptamente, ao longo de toda a sua pesquisa. A partir da falta de um fora ou de um Outro, como criador ou princípio abstrato com o qual nos relacionamos, veremos como o mundo não tem mais sentido, mas, enquanto existimos, ele é sentido. Nenhum sentido a ser doado ou espalhado, mas temos que mudar a gramática desse sentido que não se exprime mais com o verbo “ter”, mas sim com o verbo “ser”. “Mudar o sentido do sentido”, com a passagem do verbo “ter” ao verbo “ser”, implica não apenas uma nova relação com o mundo, mas uma nova concepção da práxis, na qual é o agente da operação que muda e não a obra. É necessário um pensamento do mundo que, dessa forma, se torne inseparável da sua práxis, porque, desde sempre, exposto e ex-crito no mundo.

Abstract: In this article we ask ourselves about how does our world make sense today, over and over again? This is the question that Nancy continually tries to answer throughout her research. From the lack of an outside or an Other, as a creator or abstract principle with which we relate, the world no longer has sense, but, as long as we exist, it is sense. No sense to be donated or spread, we will see how we have to change the grammar of this sense which is no longer expressed with the verb “to have”, but rather with the verb “to be”. “Changing the sense of sense”, with the passage of the verb “to have” to the verb “to be”, implies not only a new relationship with the world, but a new conception of praxis, in which it is the agent of the operation that changes and not the work. It is necessary to think about the world that, in this way, becomes inseparable from its praxis because it has always been exposed and written in the world.

Resumo: A memória nacional do Cazaquistão caiu no esquecimento, durante os 70 anos de regime soviético, o que levou à ameaça de perda parcial do patrimônio cultural nacional. A política colonial russa impediu a visita a lugares sagrados, como tradição, para honrar os antepassados e perpetuar a memória nacional. Quando o Cazaquistão se tornou independente, a memória histórica perdida foi restaurada pela formação da ideologia espacial e constituiu uma “canonização nacional” espontânea. Os iniciadores da renovação dos lugares de memória no país, incluindo os locais sagrados, foram os descendentes dos antepassados sagrados e os cidadãos patriotas. Em 2017, o Estado adotou o programa Rukhani Zhangyru, que visa à restauração de locais históricos com potencial para o desenvolvimento da consciência nacional e a unificação nacional em torno da história viva. A esse respeito, o principal objetivo deste trabalho é estudar os pontos de crescimento de uma nova ideologia espacial, na paisagem cultural do Cazaquistão. Os autores propõem uma classificação de tipos de lugares sagrados que contribuirá para a unificação de todas as camadas de identificação nacional num único todo.

Abstract: The Kazakh national memory faced suppression during the 70 years of Soviet rule, leading to a risk of partial loss of national cultural heritage. In this period, Soviet policies often discouraged practices, such as visiting sacred places, a tradition integral to honoring ancestors and perpetuating national memory. Prior to this, during the Russian colonial period, similar policies served as a deterrent to these cultural expressions. It is important to differentiate between the Russian colonial policies pre-Soviet rule and the Soviet policies thereafter, although both had an impact on Kazakh national traditions. When Kazakhstan became independent, the lost historical memory was restored by space ideology formation and was a spontaneous “national canonization”. The initiators of the memory place renovation in the country, including sacred sites, were the holy ancestors’ and patriotic citizens’ descendants. In 2017, the state adopted the Rukhani Zhangyru program aimed at the restoration of historical places, which have the potential to national consciousness growth and national unification around living history. In this regard, the main scope of this work is to study the growth points of a new space ideology in Kazakhstan’s cultural landscape. The authors propose a classification of sacred place types, which shall contribute to the unification of all national identification layers into a single whole.

Resumo: O artigo apresenta e discute duas contribuições de Lélia Gonzalez para a consolidação de um feminismo afro-latino-americano verdadeiramente comprometido com a ruptura dos mecanismos de opressões coloniais, bem como interessado na libertação de todos os seres humanos subalternizados pelo processo de colonização europeia. A primeira contribuição diz respeito à importância de se compreender a formação da sociedade brasileira em perspectiva decolonial, enquanto a segunda se refere à necessidade de os movimentos feministas incluírem as pautas raciais em suas agendas, a fim de se engajarem na luta antirracista.

Abstract: This article presents and discusses two contributions by Lélia Gonzales to the consolidation of an Afro-Latin-American feminism truly commited to breaking colonial oppression mechanisms and interested in the liberation of all human beings subjugated by the European colonization process. The first contribution pertains to the importance of understanding the formation of Brazilian society from a decolonial perspective. The second one concerns the need for feminist movements to include racial issues on their agendas in order to engage in the antiracist struggle.

Resumo: Joseph Raz tornou-se bastante conhecido pelo conceito de razões excludentes, que ele aplicou na análise de uma série de conceitos práticos, como decisões, regras e obrigações. No entanto, a literatura especializada exibe um alto grau de ceticismo quanto à existência de razões excludentes, e até sobre a coerência do conceito. Ao longo de sua obra, Raz sempre focou em duas espécies de razões excludentes: as diretamente motivacionais e as evidenciais. Atribui-se a isso o fato de o conceito ter recebido tantas críticas. Neste artigo, dá-se destaque a uma outra categoria de razões excludentes, negligenciada por Raz: as razões que são excluídas por sua própria natureza. Argumenta-se aqui que essa categoria é capaz de mostrar, não apenas que o conceito não é vazio ou inconsistente, mas também que ele tem um papel importante a desempenhar na elucidação de um importante domínio da moralidade: o domínio das relações afetivas.

Abstract: Joseph Raz became well-known for his concept of exclusionary reasons, which he applied in the analysis of various practical concepts, such as decisions, rules and obligations. However, the scholarly literature displays a high degree of skepticism regarding the existence of exclusionary reasons and even the coherence of the concept itself. Throughout his work, Raz consistently focused on two types of exclusionary reasons: directly motivational reasons and evidential ones. The concept has faced numerous criticisms, likely stemming from this particular focus. In this article, I emphasize another category of exclusionary reasons that Raz neglected: reasons that are excluded by their very nature. I argue that this category not only shows that the concept is not empty or inconsistent, but also plays a crucial role in elucidating a significant moral domain, specifically, the domain of affective relationships.

Resumo: Mente é, para Peirce, um sistema de crenças que age para alcançar um determinado propósito. Não apenas Peirce atribui mente a instituições e grupos sociais, mas o desenvolvimento da mente depende da extensão dela além das mentes humanas individuais. Portanto, comunidades ou instituições sociais incorporam hábitos sociais e agem como mentes, com propósitos próprios, fixando crenças de dois tipos: crenças de importância vital e crenças teóricas, que têm relação com o conhecimento e a verdade. Redes sociais, na internet, podem ser vistas como uma complexa mente social composta por indivíduos e suas mídias digitais, as quais englobam gadgets, algoritmos e plataformas. Not only Peirce attributes mind to institutions and social groups, but the development of mind depends on the extension of mind beyond individual human minds. Therefore, social communities or institutions embody social habits, and act as minds with their own purposes, fixing beliefs of two types: beliefs of vital importance, and theoretical ones, which have a bearing towards knowledge and truth. Internet social media can be seen as a complex social mind composed of individuals and their digital media that encompasses gadgets, algorithms, and platforms. If internet social media acts in a way to achieve certain beliefs, of what type are they? Are they beliefs of vital importance or theoretical ones that lead to knowledge and truth? Are these two types of beliefs sufficient to understand the modes of action of internet social media?

Resumo: Como uma pérola brilhante na cultura tradicional chinesa, Mulan está profundamente enraizada no coração das pessoas com sua imagem única de heroína feminina. Este trabalho busca retratar a experiência lendária da luta heroica de Hua Mulan, no exército, no lugar de seu pai, e integrar os elementos centrais de família, honra, lealdade, dentre outros, no contexto da cultura oriental, de modo que a história tenha profunda herança cultural. O artigo mostra, em primeiro lugar, o complexo cultural oriental que está claramente refletido em Mulan. As cenas, figurinos, etiqueta e outros detalhes do filme refletem o charme único da China antiga, apresentando ao público um mundo artístico repleto de estética oriental. Além disso, através da personagem Mulan, o filme mostra o alto valor da família, da honra e da lealdade na cultura oriental. Em segundo lugar, explicita que o papel de Mulan incorpora plenamente os valores femininos, no filme. Ela não apenas se juntou corajosamente ao exército, por causa de seu pai, mas também obteve repetidas conquistas no campo de batalha, quebrando as algemas dos estereótipos de gênero. Essa subversão dos papéis tradicionais de gênero destaca o importante estatuto e valor das mulheres, na sociedade, desempenhando um papel na promoção do despertar da consciência feminina, na cultura oriental. Finalmente, o artigo analisa a influência de Mulan na consciência feminina, concluindo que esta desempenha um papel vital na formação e herança da consciência feminina, na cultura oriental. A imagem heroica de Mulan inspira as futuras gerações de mulheres a enfrentarem as dificuldades com coragem e a buscar a autoestima. Ao mesmo tempo, as ações de Mulan, para além das restrições dos papéis sociais tradicionais, também fornecem um modelo para as mulheres concretizarem a independência e a autonomia individuais.

Abstract: As a shining pearl in Chinese traditional culture, Mulan is deeply rooted in the people’s hearts with its unique female hero image. This work not only depicts the legendary experience of Hua Mulan’s heroic fighting in the army instead of her father, but also cleverly integrates the family’s core elements and the ones of honor, loyalty and so on under the background of Eastern culture, so that the story has profound cultural heritage. First of all, the Oriental cultural complex is clearly reflected in Mulan. The scenes, costumes, etiquette and other details in the film all reflect the ancient Cinha’s unique charm, presenting the audience with an art world full of Oriental aesthetics. In addition, through Mulan’s character, the film shows the family’s high value and the one of honor and loyalty in Eastern culture. Secondly, Mulan’s role fully embodies female values in the film. He not only bravely joined the army for his father, but also made repeated achievements on the battlefield, breaking the shackles of gender stereotypes. This subversion of traditional gender roles highlights the women’s important status and value in society, and plays a role in promoting the awakening of female consciousness in Eastern culture. Seus romances são baseados em suas experiências de vida pessoal e fornecem uma representação tridimensional das dificuldades de sobrevivência e das perspectivas de desenvolvimento das mulheres do conhecimento moderno, a partir de uma perspectiva literária. Ela investiga a identidade social e o posicionamento do papel das mulheres, tentando encontrar uma saída para o conhecimento moderno das mulheres, na nova era da sociedade. Os romances de Drabble constroem um discurso narrativo literário amparado no desenvolvimento individual e no crescimento grupal das mulheres, sempre tomando a busca por questões feministas como tema de criação, com um colorido tipicamente feminista. Na perspectiva do feminismo, este estudo analisa profundamente a criação literária de Drabble. Este artigo parte do contexto histórico e da experiência pessoal de Drabble, investigando como esses fatores de fundo afetam profundamente a criação de seu romance. Ao explorar as características dos romances de Drabble, o estudo presta especial atenção à forma como ela destaca temas feministas, através de uma narração literária delicada. Além disso, o artigo também enfoca o pensamento feminista contido nos romances de Drabble. Ela enfatiza firmemente a importância da independência e autoconsciência das mulheres. Defende que as mulheres devem romper corajosamente com os grilhões da sociedade patriarcal e buscar ativamente a igualdade e a liberdade.

Abstract: Margaret Drabble is a famous British female writer. Her novels are based on her personal life experiences and provide a three-dimensional depiction of the modern knowledge women’s survival difficulties and development prospects from a literary perspective. It delves deeply into the women’s social identity and role positioning, attempting to find a way out for modern knowledge women in the society’s new era. Drabble’s novels construct literary narrative discourse, based on the individual development and on the growth of women’s group, always taking the search for feminist issues as the theme of creation, with a typical feminist color. From the perspective of feminism, this study deeply analyzes Drabble’s literary creation. First of all, this paper starts from Drabble’s historical background and personal experience, and probes into how these background factors deeply affect her novel creation. Secondly, in exploring the characteristics of Drabble’s novels, the study pays special attention to how she highlights feminist themes through delicate literary narration. In addition, this study also focuses on the feminist thought contained in Drabble’s novels. Drabble firmly emphasizes the importance of women’s independence and self-awareness, and advocates that women should bravely break away from the patriarchal society’s shackles and actively pursue equality and freedom.

Resumo: Os principais objetivos do estudo são ampliar o conhecimento sobre o conceito de dignidade humana, como um valor social, analisar os fundamentos históricos, religiosos e filosóficos do desenvolvimento desse conceito na Europa e na Ucrânia, e caracterizar esse conceito no sistema de valores jurídicos. O artigo utiliza os seguintes métodos científicos: abordagens funcionais e dialéticas, análise lógica, síntese, análise comparativa, análise da literatura científica e generalização. O texto examina o problema da proteção da dignidade human,a como um valor natural e inalienável, a fonte dos direitos e liberdades humanas e civis, nas constituições dos Estados do mundo, nas decisões dos tribunais constitucionais e na legislação criminal de alguns países. O principal resultado aponta os problemas teóricos e práticos da implementação do direito à dignidade humana, justificando a dignidade humana, nas Constituições e nas decisões dos tribunais constitucionais de alguns países. O estudo foi realizado com base nas leis e regulamentações dos seguintes países: Ucrânia, República Federal da Alemanha, República da Hungria e República da Polônia.

Abstract: The main goals of the study are to expand knowledge about the concept of human dignity as a social value, analyse the historical, religious and philosophical foundations of the development of this concept in Europe and Ukraine, and characterize this concept in the system of legal values. The paper uses the following scientific methods: functional and dialectical approaches, logical analysis, synthesis, comparative analysis, analysis of scientific literature and generalization. The paper examines the problem of protecting human dignity as a natural and inalienable value, the source of human and civil rights and freedoms in the world’s states’ constitutions, decisions of constitutional courts and some countries’ criminal legislation. The main result is theoretical and practical problems of implementing the right to human dignity, and justifying human dignity in the constitutions and decisions of some countries’ constitutional courts. The study was conducted on the following countries’ basis of laws and regulations: Ukraine, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Hungary and the Republic of Poland.

Resumen: En este artículo se discute los avances de las políticas de género en Chile desde propuestas para las áreas STEM y su impacto en mayor justicia social en la construcción de conocimiento desarrollado por mujeres. El análisis se realiza desde una perspectiva filosófica que aborde el concepto de justicia en condiciones que garanticen trayectorias educativas igualitarias. En el primer apartado, se examina algunas políticas públicas en Género y STEM que se han realizado en Chile desde propuestas ministeriales. En un segundo apartado se analiza estas propuestas desde una perspectiva filosófica, abordando la dimensión de “injusticia epistémica” (Fricker, 2017), distinguiendo las principales barreras existentes. En un tercer apartado desde el abordaje de la categoría “inter” se proponen condiciones de igualdad de género desde teorías críticas, como la epistemología de la ignorancia. Se concluye con reflexiones para una mayor justicia epistémica en la construcción de conocimiento.

Abstract: In this article we discuss the progress of gender policies in Chile from proposals for STEM areas and their impact on greater social justice in the construction of knowledge developed by women. The analysis is carried out from a philosophical perspective that addresses the concept of justice in conditions that guarantee egalitarian educational trajectories. In the first section, we examine some public policies on gender and STEM that have been implemented in Chile from ministerial proposals. In a second section we analyze these proposals from a philosophical perspective, addressing the various dimensions of “epistemic injustice” (Fricker, 2017), distinguishing the main barriers. In a third section from the approach of the category “inter” we propose conditions of gender equality from critical theories, such as the epistemology of ignorance. We conclude with reflections for a greater epistemic justice in the construction of knowledge.

Resumo: Catherine Malabou escreve o clítoris desde o que ela própria chamará de “pensamento clitoriano”, em trabalho, em curso, em Filosofia e anarquismo; e ela o faz, por meio de um vínculo entre a “teoria de gêneros” ou teoria crítica americana, em seus estudos culturais, e o pensamento do ser (Heidegger) revisitado pela Desconstrução. Desse vínculo, desprende-se a diferença em uma filosofia contemporânea, a qual soube ver o espaço de uma pluralidade de identidades possíveis em direção àquilo que será privilegiada, no presente texto, como distância. Tal distância, por sua vez, aparecerá como o efeito mais atualizado do pensamento político descentralizado e desidentificador, enquanto deslocamento do conceito de “diferença ontológica”, possível apenas pelo pensamento da diferença sexual e de gêneros. O “feminino” será abordado como uma forma do pensamento e a partir de uma distância que o clítoris estabelece com as determinações conceituais e políticas fixadas pela metafísica ocidental. Um segundo vínculo será mais difícil de se desfazer, aquele entre a feminidade e o corpo da mulher, embora Malabou procure na distância entre eles um lugar político-filosófico de equilíbrio entre a extrema dificuldade e a extrema urgência de dizer hoje o feminino.

Abstract: Catherine Malabou writes the clitoris from what she would call ‘clitoral thinking’ in work, in progress, in Philosophy and anarchism; and she does so through a link between ‘genre theory’ or American critical theory in their cultural studies and the thought of being (Heidegger) revisited by Deconstruction. From this connection, the difference emerges in a contemporary philosophy that knew how to see the space of a plurality of possible identities towards that will be privileged in the present text as distance. Distance which, in turn, appears as the most updated effect of decentralized and disidentifying political thought as a positioning of the concept of ‘ontological difference’, possible only through the thought of sexual and gender difference. The ‘feminine’ will be approached as a form of thought, and from a distance that the clitoris establishes with the conceptual and political determinations introduced by Western metaphysics. A second link will be more difficult to undo, that between femininity and the woman’s body, even if Malabou searches the distance between them for a political-philosophical place of balance between the extreme difficulty and the extreme urgency of saying the feminine today.

Resumo: O presente artigo recupera algumas das reflexões realizadas por diferentes autoras e discursos feministas sobre a relação materialidade-maternidade, na história da filosofia, mais precisamente, a partir do empreendimento colonial-moderno. Nesse sentido, o texto vale-se da obra de Saidiya Hartman, Perder a mãe, como um fio metafórico sobre a destruição de laços com a terra, de parentesco, de memória, para concluir pela perda irrecuperável de toda e qualquer mãe - também nos termos da psicanálise lacaniana -, a fim de contemplar a recuperação da mãe como um mater-nar1 a opacidade, por meio da produção escrita de mulheres. Na primeira parte do texto, apresenta-se a metáfora materna no debate filosófico; na segunda parte do texto, as referências à colonialidade da figura materna, em função da investigação sobre o trabalho das mulheres negras escravizadas, na constituição das sociedades modernas, via feminismos negros e decoloniais, e, logo em seguida, também através do debate da psicanálise lacaniana sobre a inscrição da letra no corpo de suas filhas; para, finalmente, na quarta parte, fechar o texto com algumas considerações sobre como imaginar o que seria um trabalho de escrita realizado com base na recuperação de um corpo forcluído pela colonialidade.

Abstract: This article recovers some of the reflections made by different feminist authors and discourses on the materiality-maternity relationship in the history of philosophy, but precisely from the colonial-modern enterprise. In this sense, the text uses Saidiya Hartman’s work Lose your Mother as a metaphorical thread about the destruction of ties to the land, of kinship, of memory, to conclude on the irrecoverable loss of any and all mothers - also in Lacanian psychoanalytic terms - in order to realize the recovery of the mother as mothering the opacity through the written production of women. In the first part of the text, we present the maternal metaphor in the philosophical debate; in the second part of the text, we present references to the coloniality of the maternal figure from the investigation of the work of enslaved black women in the constitution of modern societies, via decolonial and black feminisms, and also, in the next section through the Lacanian debate on the inscription of the letter on the body of their daughters. In the last section, we finalize the text with some considerations in order to imagine how a work of writing would be like when is carried out from the recovery of a body forcluded by coloniality.

Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo é repassar os termos de uma chamada para dossiê temático e responder criticamente a algumas perguntas suscitadas por sua linguagem e por alguns dos conceitos presentes nos requisitos listados para o aceite das publicações. Assim, começa-se por perguntar sobre o significado (linguístico-político) da generificação do pensamento filosófico tomando como chave crítica de leitura uma parte da vasta produção das epistemologias feministas, a fim de insistir na parcialidade e na localização de toda e qualquer manifestação filosófica contra a especificidade do gênero feminino relativamente à autoridade epistêmica e à autoria textual em filosofia; em seguida, trata-se da distinção entre ‘sexo’ e ‘gênero’ para proceder a uma correção quanto à enunciação quase biológica sobre o ato de escrita filosófica; e, por fim, trazem-se questões sobre a generificação dos “conteúdos” filosóficos e sobre os interesses da filosofia feminista e da história feminista da filosofia, de sorte a se proceder à denúncia sobre os modos como nossa linguagem filosófica e seus suportes epistemológicos de fundo seguem ainda as sendas dicotômicas valoradas desigualmente.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to review the terms of a call for thematic dossier and critically answer some questions raised by its language and by some of the concepts present in the requirements listed for the acceptance of publication. Thus, I begin by asking about the (linguistic-political) meaning of a gendered philosophical thought, taking as a critical reading key part of the vast production of feminist epistemologies to insist on the partiality and location of any and all philosophical manifestations against the unique specificity of the feminine gender concerning epistemic authority and textual authorship in philosophy; then, I deal with the distinction between “sex” and “gender” to correct a quasi-biological enunciation about what it means to write philosophically; and, finally, I raise some questions about supposedly gendered philosophical “contents” and about the interests of feminist philosophy and feminist history of philosophy in denouncing the ways in which our philosophical language and its underlying epistemological assumptions still reproduce dichotomous paths valued unequally.

Resumen: Los epistemes de los seres humanos entran en crisis con la práctica de estos. Dejan en evidencia su incapacidad de haberse conocido; en tanto su complejidad expedita es: naturaleza-cuerpo-mente-alma-espíritu-Dios. Como objetivo de investigación sustentamos transepistemes para pensar los seres humanos en la decolonialidad planetaria-complejidad. El prefijo trans hereda concepciones del legado de Enrique Dussel. Investigamos en medio de transmetodologías maravillosas, en las líneas de investigaciones tituladas: decolonialidad planetaria-complejidad en re-ligaje; transmetodologías complejas y los transmétodos decoloniales planetarios-complejos. Con el transmétodo la deconstrucción rizomática conseguimos transepistemes como: los seres humanos son creación de Dios, transepisteme raíz de todos; el espíritu deviene del soplo de vida de la creación dada por Dios al barro en Adán; el ser humano es político, gregario y él puede reformar su pensamiento. La demencia, la maldad, falta de solidaridad no forman parte de la creación, sino deviene del pecado; que se incita en el humanismo, transhumanismo y el ataque a la naturaleza de la creación con el apoyo de la inteligencia artificial.

Abstract: The epistemes of human beings enter into crisis with their practice. They make evident their inability to have known each other; while its expeditious complexity is: nature-body-mind-soul-spirit-God. As a research objective, we support transepistemes to think about human beings in planetary decoloniality-complexity. The trans prefix inherits concepts from the legacy of Enrique Dussel. We investigate in the midst of wonderful transmethodologies, in the lines of research titled: planetary decoloniality-complexity in re-linkage; complex transmethodologies and planetary-complex decolonial transmethods. With the transmethod of rhizomatic deconstruction we achieve transepistemes such as: human beings are the creation of God, transepisteme the root of all; the spirit comes from the breath of life of the creation given by God to the clay in Adam; the human being is political, gregarious and he can reform his thinking. Insanity, evil, lack of solidarity are not part of creation, but come from sin; which is incited by humanism, transhumanism and the attack on the nature of creation with the support of artificial intelligence.

Resumo: Este artigo aborda as cisões decorrentes do trauma da mulher, como consequência do abuso sexual na infância. Em muitos casos, esquece-se o acontecimento que causou o trauma: porém, ele invade a vida, o corpo e a vivência de cada uma delas, até explodir e ultrapassar a barreira da memória. A partir de histórias de mulheres que passaram por essa experiência, o objetivo deste trabalho é realizar uma abordagem fenomenológica da dinâmica entre corpo, memória, história e dor, a fim de descobrir como algo esquecido opera de forma presente, muito mais poderoso que a memória consciente, e as consequências de tal fato na experiência vivida. Tal análise fenomenológica será feita a partir da filosofia de Husserl, Merleau-Ponty e de alguns de seus eminentes leitores (Geniusas, Leder, Fuchs, Umbelino).

Resumen: El presente artículo aborda las escisiones provenientes del trauma de mujeres como consecuencia del abuso sexual en la infancia. En muchos casos, ellas olvidan el acontecimiento originador del trauma: sin embargo, este invade la vida, el cuerpo y la experiencia de cada una de ellas hasta que estalla y traspasa la barrera de la memoria. A partir de relatos de mujeres que han pasado por esta experiencia, el objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una aproximación fenomenológica de la dinámica entre cuerpo, memoria, relato y dolor, con el fin de descubrir cómo algo olvidado opera de manera presente, con tanta más fuerza incluso que el recuerdo consciente, y las consecuencias de tal hecho en la experiencia vivida. Tal análisis fenomenológico se realizará desde la filosofía de Husserl, Merleau-Ponty y algunos de sus lectores eminentes (Geniusas, Leder, Fuchs, Umbelino).

Resumen: El trabajo busca determinar si la crisis, diagnosticada por Husserl, es un obstáculo para la felicidad. A través de esto, explicitamos conexiones entre ética y generatividad poco investigadas por la literatura especializada. Comenzamos exponiendo la teoría de la felicidad de Husserl, con el fin de utilizarla como marco teórico para el argumento posterior. Proseguimos exponiendo el concepto de crisis en Husserl como uno de carácter generativo, mostrando cómo ésta tiene consecuencias prácticas que merman la posibilidad de los individuos de alcanzar la autonomía y la felicidad. Finalizamos exponiendo el modo en que Husserl ha concebido que la fenomenología participa en la resolución de la crisis.

Abstract: The article seeks to establish if the crisis, diagnosed by Husserl, is an obstacle to happiness. Through this, we show connections between ethics and generativity that have been barely investigated by specialized literature. We begin by exposing Husserl’s theory of happiness, in order to use it as a theoretical framework for the subsequent argumentation. We continue by exposing the concept of crisis in Husserl as one of a generative nature, showing how it has practical consequences that reduce the possibility of individuals to achieve autonomy and happiness. We conclude by exposing the way in which Husserl has conceived that phenomenology participates in the resolution of the crisis.

Resumo: Uma questão importante na filosofia intercultural diz respeito aos métodos empregados para investigar o pensamento que foi desenvolvido em diferentes contextos culturais. Em um mundo globalizado, é cada vez mais necessário incorporar diversas tradições de pensamento que são derivadas de distintas origens culturais, históricas e linguísticas, no trabalho filosófico acadêmico. No entanto, a questão permanece: como alguém pode aprender com outras tradições filosóficas, sem cair em uma perspectiva dualista ou relativista? Para abordar isso, analisam-se dois conceitos desenvolvidos por Nishitani Keiji (1900-1990), em Religion and Nothingness, bem como sua interpretação de “aprendizagem” (jap. narau 習う) e empatia como uma ferramenta para compreensão mútua genuína. Além disso, explora-se o conceito de interpenetração recíproca (jap. egoteki sōnyū 回互的相入), como um meio de reavaliar métodos filosóficos interculturais. Assim, ao aplicar os conceitos apresentados por Nishitani ao aspecto intercultural da filosofia, acredita-se poder evitar o problema do dualismo e do relativismo, que acabam por dificultar a abordagem e a compreensão da filosofia de forma pluralista e inclusiva.

Abstract: An important issue in intercultural philosophy concerns the methods employed to investigate thinking that has been developed in different cultural contexts. In a globalized world, it is increasingly necessary to incorporate diverse traditions of thought that are derived from distinct cultural, historical and linguistic backgrounds into academic philosophical work. However, the question remains: how can one learn from other philosophical traditions without falling into a dualistic or relativistic perspective? To address this, I analyze two concepts developed by Nishitani Keiji (1900-1990) in Religion and Nothingness, as well as his interpretation of “learning” (jap. narau 習う) and empathy as a tool for genuine mutual understanding. Additionally, I explore the concept of reciprocal interpenetration (jap. egoteki sōnyū 回互的相入), as a means to reassess intercultural philosophical methods. Thus, by applying the concepts presented by Nishitani in the intercultural aspect of philosophy, I believe we can avoid the problem of dualism and relativism, which ultimately hinder the approach and comprehension of philosophy in a pluralistic and inclusive way.

Resumo: O artigo apresenta uma breve introdução à investigação proposta no famoso livro de G. E. M. Anscombe, Intenção, ressaltando algumas preocupações centrais que o livro visava a sanar. A discussão a seguir tenciona compor uma revisão da literatura recente que propõe uma interpretação iluminadora do Intenção. Para isso, tomam-se comentários recentes da obra como base, privilegiando interpretações feitas por filósofas que pretendem compreender a originalidade do método de Anscombe, suas preocupações filosóficas e seu contexto, bem como o contraste de sua posição com a teoria padrão sobre ação, a teoria causal. Por fim, tomando como base a revisão exposta, argumenta-se brevemente que a proposta de Anscombe evade o famoso desafio de Davidson, que é comumente tratado como incontornável.

Abstract: The article presents a brief introduction to the investigation proposed in G. E. M. Anscombe’s famous book, Intention, and highlights some central concerns that the book aimed to solve. The following discussion aims to provide a review of recent literature that proposes an enlightening interpretation of Intention. To do this, I take recent comments on the work as a basis, privileging interpretations made by philosophers who aim to understand the originality of Anscombe’s method, her philosophical concerns and its context, as well as the contrast of her position with the standard theory on action, the causal theory. Finally, based on the presented review, I briefly argue that Anscombe’s proposal evades Davidson’s famous challenge, which is commonly treated as unavoidable.

Resumo: O estudo das revoluções burguesas realizado por Hannah Arendt é um importante diagnóstico do impacto das políticas liberais, suas contradições e evolução, na história da democracia; reflete, ainda, as contradições e dicotomias do pensamento da filósofa. O republicanismo moderno, embora crítico do liberalismo, assimilou elementos inerentes à democracia liberal, como a importância da lei, sempre imputada a partir de preceitos políticos ideológicos do seu tempo. Esta análise permite não só compreender as bases do pensamento político da teórica, mas seu desenvolvimento naquilo que denomina espaço público. Este deve ser um lugar de expressão de opiniões, por isso, para Arendt, sem pluralidade; política e liberdade pública ficam comprometidas, na medida em que impossibilitam a conservação de um espaço de efetivação da liberdade. Contudo, em um mundo desigual, quem pode exercer sua cidadania livremente, no espaço público? A promessa liberal propicia tais garantias? Em diálogo com Habermas e para além, pretende-se, com esta investigação, traçar as fragilidades de uma noção burguesa de esfera pública e enunciar a urgência de um ideal de republicanismo alicerçado e legitimado nas demandas populares.

Abstract: The result of Hannah Arendt’s study of bourgeois revolutions reflects not only the contradictions and dichotomies of her thought, but is an important diagnosis of the impact of liberal policies, their contradictions and evolution within the history of democracy. Modern republicanism, although critical of liberalism, assimilated elements inherent to liberal democracy, for example, the importance of the law, always imputed based on ideological political precepts of its time. The relevance of this analysis allows us not only to understand the bases of the philosopher’s political thought, but its development in what she calls: public space. This must be a place for the expression of opinions, and therefore, for Arendt, without plurality, politics and public freedom are compromised to the extent that they make it impossible to maintain a space for the realization of freedom. However, in an unequal world, who can exercise their citizenship freely in public space? Was the liberal promise capable of providing these guarantees? In dialogue with Habermas and beyond, we intend with this investigation to outline the weaknesses of a bourgeois notion of the public sphere and to enunciate the urgency of building an ideal of republicanism based on popular demands.

Resumo: O artigo oferece reflexão sobre a Lei nº 13.445/2017 - Lei de Migração - e os ensinamentos de Hannah Arendt acerca da apatridia. Questiona-se a suficiência da referida lei para a diminuição do número de apátridas e a contribuição crítica de Arendt sobre as fragilidades impostas aos apátridas. Justifica-se pela urgência de aprofundar o debate sobre a necessidade de restituir cidadania e proteção aos apátridas. Objetiva-se, na primeira seção, analisar de que modo a Lei de Migração colabora para que apátridas alcancem o reconhecimento da condição de cidadãos, no Brasil, ao definir a apatridia e propor a simplificação da naturalização; na segunda seção, delineia-se a crítica de Arendt ao expediente da apatridia e sua existência como fenômeno de massa. Conclui-se que Arendt alerta para a urgência de atribuir cidadania ao apátrida, devolvendo-lhe dignidade, sem necessariamente exigir nacionalização, e que a Lei de Migração trouxe procedimentos que permitem, pela primeira vez, a definição de pessoa apátrida e as condições para lhes conceder cidadania em território brasileiro, havendo ganho qualitativo na legislação brasileira sobre refugiados.

Abstract: The article reflects on Law 13.445/2017 - the Migration Law - and Hannah Arendt’s teachings on statelessness. It questions the sufficiency of this law to reduce the number of stateless people and Arendt’s critical contribution to the fragilities imposed on stateless people. It is justified by the urgency of deepening the debate on the need to restore citizenship and protection to stateless people. The aim of the first section is to analyse how the Migration Law contributes to stateless people achieving recognition as citizens in Brazil, by defining statelessness and proposing the simplification of naturalization; the second section outlines Arendt’s criticism of the expedient of statelessness and its existence as a mass phenomenon. The conclusion is that Arendt warns of the urgency of granting citizenship to stateless people by restoring their dignity, without necessarily requiring nationalization, and that the Migration Law has brought in procedures that allow, for the first time, the definition of stateless people and the conditions for granting them citizenship in Brazilian territory, with a qualitative gain in Brazilian legislation on refugees.

Resumo: O artigo pretende apresentar a principal crítica de Nancy Fraser ao pensamento de Judith Butler, em torno da questão da capacidade de agência dos sujeitos políticos, tomando partido na defesa do pensamento de Butler. Argumenta-se que Fraser falha na compreensão de como Butler concebe uma ideia de poder, a partir de Michel Foucault, cujo funcionamento próprio demanda uma outra compreensão, não apenas do que seja um sujeito, como, também, do que podemos denominar ação política. Mostrando, assim, como Butler constrói uma teoria de gênero com base no conceito de performatividade e das influências de Foucault e de Derrida, defende-se que a autora concebe uma ideia de interseccionalidade radical, em função da qual o poder se torna difuso e positivo e a agência política se compreende no interior das falhas e fissuras operadas pelo próprio funcionamento do poder.

Abstract: The article intends to present Nancy Fraser’s main criticism of Judith Butler’s thought, around the issue of the agency capacity of political subjects, taking sides in defending Butler’s thought. It is argued that Fraser fails to understand how Butler conceives an idea of power based on Michel Foucault, whose very functioning demands another understanding not only of what a subject is, but also of what we can call political action. Thus showing how Butler constructs a gender theory based on the concept of performativity and with the influences of Foucault and Derrida, we argue that the author conceives an idea of radical intersectionality, from which power becomes diffuse and positive and the political agency is understood within the flaws and fissures operated by the functioning of power itself.

Resumo: O presente artigo investiga elementos filosóficos de um caso inédito na recepção da metafísica de Arthur Schopenhauer: a sua aplicação ao contexto de transformação social e espiritual da Índia moderna, por meio da interpretação do pensador alemão por Swami Vivekananda (1863-1902). O líder espiritual indiano foi leitor da filosofia schopenhaueriana e fez uso da fórmula sânscrita tat tvam asi (isso és tu) não somente como fundamento da moral, tal como Schopenhauer, mas também como um imperativo de comprometimento e engajamento social. Dentre tantas questões filosóficas abertas por essa influência, é possível destacar as seguintes: como teria sido possível uma conotação prescritiva de uma ética que Schopenhauer concebera apenas como descritiva? Quais conceitos de Schopenhauer estiveram implicados nessa apropriação inusitada e de que forma? Em vista de apresentar possíveis fundamentos para tal “engajamento schopenhaueriano”, lança-se mão de algumas leituras contemporâneas da sua teoria da ação, em especial da proposta de diferenciação entre pequena e grande ética.

Abstract: This article explores philosophical elements of an unprecedented case in the reception of Arthur Schopenhauer’s metaphysics: its use in regard to the social and spiritual transformation in modern India through the German thinker’s interpretation by Swami Vivekananda (1863-1902). The Indian spiritual leader was a reader of Schopenhauerian philosophy and used the Sanskrit formula tat tvam asi (that thou art) not only as the basis of morality, as Schopenhauer did, but also as an imperative for social commitment and engagement. Among the many philosophical questions opened by this influence, we can highlight the following: how was it possible for a prescriptive connotation of an ethics that Schopenhauer conceived only descriptively? Which of Schopenhauer’s concepts were involved in this unusual appropriation? In order to present possible foundations for such “Schopenhauerian engagement”, we draw on some contemporary readings of his theory of action, especially the proposal of differentiation between small and great ethics.

Resumo: Trata-se da investigação da relação entre produção de conhecimento e de colonialidade, tendo por guia a questão da alteridade no contexto epistemológico da subjetividade moderna. Buscando compreender como se dá a relação entre subjetividade e identidade (ou mesmidade), consequentemente, entre objetividade e alteridade (ou outridade) na modernidade, procurarei responder criticamente, de uma perspectiva feminista, perguntas essenciais à prática filosófica na contemporaneidade: a) em que consiste ser o “outro do eu” nessa filosofia mais consagrada entre nós e para quem o cânone é, como tal, legado máximo do legítimo e do verdadeiramente filosófico? b) quais podem ser as possibilidades desses “outros” virem a se relacionar de maneira dialógica e positiva com essa filosofia canônica? c) que consequências se pode tirar dessas respostas, do ponto de vista da constituição de uma multiplicidade integrada de saberes globais e pluriversais, dos quais todos os seres vivos do planeta Terra, e o próprio planeta, poderiam verdadeiramente se beneficiar?

Abstract: The paper aims to investigate the relationship between knowledge production and coloniality, guided by the question of alterity in the epistemological context of modern subjectivity. Seeking to understand how the relationship between subjectivity and identity (or sameness) occurs, consequently, between objectivity and alterity (or otherness) in modernity, we will seek to critically answer questions essential to philosophical practice in contemporaneity: a) what does the counterpart of the “I” consist of in this philosophy more consecrated among us and for whom the canon is, as such, the ultimate legacy of the legitimate and the true? b) Which can be the possibilities of these “others” coming to relate in a dialogical and positive way to this canonical philosophy? c) Which consequences can be drawn from these responses from the point of view of the constitution of an integrated multiplicity of global and pluriversal knowledges, from which all living beings on planet Earth, and the planet itself, could truly benefit?

Resumen: El artículo se propone abordar la posibilidad de una ontología relacional, revisando una posible genealogía del concepto filosófico de ontología que da cuenta de la dificultad de superar su base sustancialista. Luego, recupera la tesis butleriana de que es posible articular una ontología sociocorporal, afirmada en la relacionalidad como fundante. Los objetivos incluyen recuperar la originalidad del planteo feminista butleriano, y proponer una lectura en clave de las condiciones que permita entrever un materialismo particular, a saber, un materialismo performativo. Para ello, se inscribe la discusión en un escenario doble: el filosófico histórico en relación a las consideraciones sobre la ontología, y el feminista en la trama de un materialismo que permita pensar la relacionalidad en todo su peso argumentativo, ontológico y político.

Abstract: The article aims to address the possibility of a relational ontology by reviewing a possible genealogy of the philosophical concept of ontology that accounts for the difficulty of overcoming its substantialist basis. It then revisits Butler’s thesis that it is possible to articulate a socio-corporeal ontology, affirmed in relationality as foundational. The objectives include recovering the originality of Butler’s feminist approach and proposing a reading in terms of conditions that allows glimpsing a particular materialism, namely, a performative materialism. To this end, the discussion is situated in a dual scenario: the historical philosophical context regarding considerations on ontology, and the feminist context within the framework of a materialism that allows for the consideration of relationality in all its argumentative, ontological, and political weight.

Resumo: A serendipidade é a arte de prestar atenção àquilo que surpreende e imaginar uma interpretação apropriada. A indisciplinaridade consiste em investigar além das disciplinas e contra seus efeitos esclerosantes. A primeira está no cerne do processo de qualquer descoberta, a segunda confronta diretamente com o paradoxo das disciplinas, ao mesmo tempo necessárias e prejudiciais. A serendipidade está na origem da indisciplinaridade ou é sua causa final. A “indisciplinaridade” poderia se tornar, junto com a “serendipidade”, o conceito indispensável à dinâmica da pesquisa, como a “interdisciplinaridade” foi em seu tempo.

Abstract: Serendipity is the art to give one’s attention to what is surprising and of devising a relevant interpretation. Undisciplinarity means taking investigations beyond disciplinary boundaries to overcome their ossifying effects. Serendipity lies at the heart of all discoveries, while undisciplinarity directly confronts the paradox of disciplines, which are at once necessary and harmful. Serendipity is the origin of undisciplinarity, or its ultimate cause. “Undisciplinarity” could, with “serendipity”, become the essential concept underlying the dynamics of research, just as “interdisciplinarity” became in its time.
