Abstract
The article intends to demonstrate an interdisciplinary methodology and a new type of participation, as well as a colective concept construction to evaluate racism and discrimination and its económic and social effects for discriminated population within the country. The racism diagnosis has the goal to create a public political system that will end the etnic and gender discrimination and that will lay the foundations for a plural state that will encourage al citizenship and will promote equal treatment and equal opportunity.
