It analyzes how the educational evaluation is presented in the specific disciplines of the training courses of teachers in Physical Education in eight Latin American countries. Of exploratory nature, the documentary critic takes on a theoretical-methodological approach and IRAMUTEQ as an analysis tool. It uses as sources 156 curricula and texts on teacher training in these countries. It reveals that the disciplines thematize the dimensions of the curriculum, evaluation of teaching, of learning, articulated to Physical Education. In addition, the variety of nomenclatures added to the same title, indicates greater distribution in didactic units in the disciplines, reducing the discussion of evaluation.
