This text was prepared in ANPEPP context - Commission of Scientific Policies, 2010-2012 Management. The text has originally been written to subsidize the Forum of Scientific Policies that took place during the XIV ANPEPP SIMPOSIUM in 2012. We have elected some issues, among others, that represent problems in the Post-Graduation Evaluation Policy. Although our privileged focus is Post-Graduation, it is important to recognize that this logic is also present in universities to assess teaching work in general. Recognizing that those issues have already been addressed in several texts, this article has been written quoting many of them. Quotations allow us to recover ideias and positions that have already been made public, and think them over. By examining the material on the subject, we were able to understand that many considerations, criticism and suggestions made are still updated because, regarding many aspects, no changes have been made.
