ext published in 1907, at Rio de Janeiro, in yearbook Almanaque Garnier. In it, the author boasts Elysio de Carvalho as the publisher of the works of Nietzsche in Brazil. Then reacts against the initiative to Elysio, accusing the propaganda made by the popularizer of Nietzschean symbols and their new moral values to be useless and harmful to young people.
