Abstract:
Text published in the daily A Noite, in 1939, Rio de Janeiro. Its author points Nietzsche as mastermind of Getúlio Vargas, the only philosopher to escape the sinking of the idols, as Vargas. In the Estado Novo regime, believes that the Nietzschean feature persists and dominates in the spirit of Brazilian dictator.
