O presente artigo delimita o conceito de passagem ao ato em relação ao acting-out e distingue as respostas subjetivas que envolvem. A partir das distinções propostas por Lacan entre eles com base no conceito de objeto a, busca-se situar o sujeito em ambas as modalidades de ato, com os objetivos de submeter à discussão clínica as passagens ao ato discretas e de interrogar o papel de suplência que supostamente desempenham. Para tal, são retomados dois fragmentos de casos de anorexia discutidos na literatura psicanalítica; no primeiro, o objeto ao qual o sujeito se identifica é circunscrito, enquanto no segundo, trata-se do objeto posto em cena pelo sujeito.Resumo em Inglês:
This article defines the concept of passing to the act in relation to acting- out and distinguishes the subjective responses they involve. From the distinctions proposed by Lacan among them based on the concept of object a, we seek to situate the subject in both modes of act, aiming to put into the clinical discussion, the discrete passages to the act and to question the role of substitutive that they supposedly perform. To this end, two fragments cases of anorexia presented in psychoanalytic literature are discussed. A partir de fragmentos do caso clínico de uma criança autista, pretende-se, neste artigo, interrogar o saber psicanalítico, em particular, os conceitos de linguagem, significante e objeto. No caso clínico citado, a direção do tratamento se deu pela escuta do analista dos "elementos verbais" apresentados pela paciente, o que propiciou, ao longo das sessões, a construção de um determinado "termo verbal". A hipótese sustentada é a de que esse termo operou, no percurso do tratamento, como algo da ordem de um "significante privilegiado" tal qual formulado por Lacan (1985[1972-1973]). Este termo específico foi articulado pela paciente, em função de um saber-fazer próprio com a linguagem, ocorrendo não sem uma modalização do gozo, abrindo a possibilidade do surgimento do olhar, na via da construção das bordas corporais.Resumo em Inglês:
Based on fragments of the clinical case of an autistic child, this paper intends to question the psychoanalytic knowledge, in particular, the concepts of language, significant and object. In this case study, the direction of the treatment took place in accordance to the analyst's listening of the "verbal elements" presented by the patient, which resulted, during the sessions, in the construction of a particular "verbal term". The hypothesis supported is that this term has operated, in the course of treatment, as something similar to a "privileged significant" as formulated by Lacan (1985[1972-1973]). This specific term was articulated by the patient, according to her own know-how towards the language, not without a place of jouissance modalization, opening the possibility of the emergence of the look, with the construction of the edges of the body.Resumo em Português:
Partindo da distinção entre ler, escrever e perder como formas de conhecimento (mathesis), proposta por Lacan no seminário O ato psicanalítico, o trabalho discerne a constituição do real e do sujeito em cada uma destas vias de apreensão douta relacionando a primeira à reminiscência, a segunda à ciência e situando a terceira como o próprio da psicanálise. Enfatizando o reviramento efetuado sobre a noção de saber em sua articulação e aproveitamento no campo psicanalítico, conclui-se que a práxis psicanalítica implica necessariamente uma perda que incidirá para o sujeito no nível de suas relações com o saber e com o ato.Resumo em Inglês:
Starting from the distinction between reading, writing and loosing as forms of knowledge (mathesis), proposed by Lacan in the seminar about the Psychoanalytical act the paper deals with the constitution of the subject and the real relating each of these terms to a specific form of knowledge: reading is related to Plato´s Reminiscence theory, writing, to science and loosing to psychoanalysis itself. Emphasizing the subversion suffered by knowledge in it´s relation to the psychoanalytical field the article concludes that psychoanalysis implies some extent of loss that will necessarily fall upon the subject´s relation to knowledge and act.Resumo em Português:
Partindo da articulação entre os termos semblante, corpo e objeto na teoria psicanalítica, a finalidade deste texto é "discutir" o corpo na Teoria dos Discursos. Based on the relationship between the terms face, body and object in psychoanalytic theory, the purpose of this paper is try to situate the body in the Theory of Discourses. O tema da verdade em Freud é trabalhado a partir de seu escrito Moisés e o monoteísmo. Interrogam-se os efeitos de sua busca da verdade, que tem por sustentação a opção pela ciência. Recorre-se à referência de Lacan a uma "paixão pela verdade" em Freud, com o intuito de incluir na discussão sua categoria do real. The theme of the truth in Freud is developed as of his writing on Moses and monotheism. There are questions on the effects of his search for the truth, which is based on his choice for science. There are calls to Lacan's reference to a "passion for the truth" in Freud, with the intent to include his category of the real in the discussion. It is concluded by the association of the results presented by Freud in his work, which are taken in their political dimension, and the experience in psychoanalysis itself.Resumo em Português:
O tema da apresentação de pacientes, dispositivo clínico utilizado tanto pela psiquiatria quanto pela psicanálise é um importante ponto de partida para a discussão sobre as diferenças epistêmicas existentes entre estas duas áreas. Freud presenciou as famosas apresentações de pacientes protagonizadas por Charcot na Salpêtrière, momento imediatamente anterior à criação da psicanálise. Enquanto psicanalista, ele não praticou as apresentações de pacientes, no entanto, seus relatos de caso, entre eles o que ficou conhecido como "O homem dos ratos", funcionam como porta-voz do sujeito do inconsciente, mantendo viva a ruptura que produziu no discurso da ciência. The subject of the patients presentation, clinical device used so much by the psychiatry all that for the psychoanalysis, is shown like an important starting point for the discussion on the epistemical differences existent between these two areas. Freud has been present at the famous patients presentation played the lead role by Charcot in the Salpêtrière, moment immediately previously to the creation of the psychoanalysis. While psychoanalyst he did not practice the patients presentation, however his reports of case, between them what was known like "The rat man", they work like spokesman of the subject of the unconscious, maintaining it cheers the break produced in the speech of the science. O tema em questão é a violência em sua face de excesso no contexto contemporâneo. O objetivo deste artigo é investigar a relação entre violência e sintoma na atualidade com o aporte da psicanálise de orientação lacaniana. Nosso estudo nos permitiu aproximar a violência dos chamados novos sintomas. Procuramos mostrar como o excesso implicado nos imperativos de gozo é característico do discurso capitalista em sua relação com o discurso da ciência; assim, verificamos como tais discursos podem produzir violência. Nossa conclusão é de que a psicanálise pode levar um sujeito a questionar a violência e construir um saber sobre o que o causa.Resumo em Inglês:
The issue in question is the violence in its face over the contemporary context. This article aims to investigate the relationship between violence and symptoms in the present contribution to the psychoanalysis of the Lacanian orientation. Our study allowed us to bring the violence of the so-called new symptoms. We show how the imperatives involved in the excess of enjoyment is characteristic of capitalist discourse in its relation to the discourse of science, so we see how these discourses can produce violence. Our conclusion is that psychoanalysis can lead a person to question the violence and build a knowledge on the cause.Resumo em Português:
Consideramos uma pista lógica encontrada em Freud que atribuiu à histeria de angústia dois efeitos singulares. O primeiro é referente à fobia do pequeno Hans em que a libido é posta na forma de ansiedade. No segundo, a histeria de angústia pode combinar-se, em qualquer proporção, com a histeria de conversão. Supomos que tal fato tenha ocorrido com Christoph Haitzmann. As duas situações comparadas à heterossexualidade típica, em que o recalque e a castração são mais bem estruturados, mostram Hans ter concernido a uma homossexualidade atípica e Haitzmann a uma heterossexualidade atípica.Resumo em Inglês:
One considers here a logical clue found in Freud who distinguishes two particular effects in anxiety hysteria. The first one is related to little Hans phobia where libido is transformed into anxiety only. In the second effect the anxiety hysteria grows, at any proportion, to a blending with the conversion hysteria. One supposes this has occurred to Christopher Haitzmann. These two cases were compared to the situation of typical heterosexuality where repression and castration are better structured. Some results are inferred: Hans regards to an atypical homosexuality and Haitzmann to an atypical heterosexuality.Resumo em Francês:
Les étudiants "persistants" sont ceux qui ont désinvesti leurs études tout en prolongeant leur cursus en premier cycle à l'université. Ce "refus d'étudier" a été constaté par l'étude des dossiers de dérogations d'étudiants de DEUG, puis dans un Diplôme d'Université dont l'objet est d'aider les étudiants à se réorienter. Au travers de ces enquêtes de terrain, l'université apparaît, au delà du statut qu'elle offre aux individus, comme un "support social", permettant aux étudiants de vivre dans un entre deux qui se révèle tantôt emmurant, tantôt propice à une vie alternative.Resumo em Inglês:
"Persisting students" are those who register on courses but do not pass examinations and therefore remain undergraduates longer. They were observed by analysing the case of students who file a request to renew their registration as undergraduates for the first two years at university (DEUG diploma level) and also in a University Diploma whose aim is to help students into restreaming. The university confers a certain social status to registered students. It also enables them to live in an in-between world which may either shut them in or allow them to open up to an alternative way of life.Resumo em Espanhol:
Este escrito estudió hasta qué punto las personas, al momento de ir de un punto A a uno B, realizan las rutas planeadas previamente, y si éstas son idénticas para ir que para volver. Se pidió a 42 participantes estudiar un plano del campus principal de la UTFSM, y trazar las rutas que eligirían para ir entre dos pares de puntos. Una vez terminada esta tarea, los participantes debieron recorrer en la realidad las rutas trazadas. Los resultados mostraron que las rutas trazadas en papel no necesariamente coincidieron con las rutas realizadas en terreno, y que, en la mayoría de los casos, las rutas A-B/B-A y X-Y/Y-X no fueron simétricas. Se concluye sugiriendo que los criterios de elección de ruta cambian porque el razonamiento espacial de las personas es inherentemente situado, esto es, moldeado por el entorno en que se lleva a cabo.Resumo em Inglês:
This paper is concerned with route behavior in people. Specifically, it aims to better understand whether people follow routes planned in advance, and whether these routes are identical irrespective of the direction of travel. A total of 42 participants (27 belonging to UTFSM and 15 from outside) were asked to trace routed between a pair of points in a map of the campus. After that, they were brought to these places and asked to physically navigate these routes. The main results showed that planned routes were not necessarily employed in real-world scenarios, and that people often changed routes depending on the direction of travel. These results suggest that route choice criteria are somehow dependant on contextual information.Resumo em Português:
O artigo trata a questão da esquizofrenia, tomada como um signo negativo quando se instala como patologia no campo das psicoses. Afirma que o discurso médico psiquiátrico celebrou seu advento e comemorou tais possibilidades que o pensamento "freudo-bleuleriano" abriu e desvelou. Considera que a carreira da esquizofrenia, atravessando o movimento político da antipsiquiatria, confrontou-se com outra sorte de experiências, sendo registrada segundo uma nova lógica que, sob as condições impostas pelo acontecimento freudiano, transformou o saber no século XX. Afirma que Gilles Deleuze compreendeu esse aturdimento, recolheu a parte que lhe cabia e documentou-a, em particular em sua obra Lógica do Sentido quando inverteu a polaridade dos signos, positivando a esquizofrenia.Resumo em Inglês:
The article discuss about the subject of schizophrenia, taken as a negative sign when it's taken as pathology in the field of psychoses. It affirms that the medical psychiatric discourse celebrated its advent and commemorated such possibilities opened and revealed by the "freud-bleulerian" thought. It considers that the career of the schizophrenia, crossing the Anti-Psychiatry political movement, was confronted with another sort of experiences, being registered under a new logic that, under the conditions imposed by the Freudian happening, transformed the twentieth century's knowledge. The present study thoroughly examines the investigative exercise conducted by Michel Foucault about insanity, demarcating the inextricable tie that the concept of insanity has with a specified cultural configuration and pointing to its unfoldment within the contemporary context; along these lines, it follows the path of Foucault in its archaeological and genealogical moments: from the perception of a nomadic and almost romanticized madness to one that begins to take shape under the imperative of reason; from a categorization of madness as being close to the regions of crime and punishment to its apparent dispersion in the ample classificatory axis of abnormality described in the modern scenario.Resumo em Português:
Esta pesquisa objetiva analisar a produção científica publicada no período entre 1998 e 2007 sobre psicoterapia, considerando: distribuição das publicações ano a ano; periódicos; quantidade e sexo dos autores; tipos de pesquisa; enfoque teórico das produções; afiliação institucional dos autores e estratégias de avaliação psicológica utilizadas, material constituído de artigos publicados em periódicos científicos indexados à base de dados PePsic (N=117), obtido com o verbete "psicoterapia". A análise apresentada é quantitativa. Os autores das produções são do sexo feminino em sua maioria. Dos tipos de trabalhos analisados, houve predomínio de teóricos, seguidos por empíricos. Cinco dos periódicos possuem 50,5% da produção pesquisada. O enfoque teórico psicanalítico teve maior predominância, seguido do cognitivo e comportamental. A maior parte dos autores está afiliada a instituições brasileiras, as quais estão concentradas na região sudeste do país. Houve uma maior prevalência para o uso de entrevistas e escalas como estratégias de avaliação psicológica.Resumo em Inglês:
On main purpose of scientific production analysis, published in the period between 1998-2007, on the subject of psychotherapy, take into consideration: distribution of publications year by year; regular advisers; quantity and gender of authors; types of research; focus on the theory of the productions; institutional affiliation of the authors and strategies for psychological evaluation. The body is constituted by articles published in scientific periods, indexed to the PePsic databases (N=117) was obtained by the time the word "psychotherapy" was used. The analysis presented is quantitative. Authors of the productions are, mainly, the feminine sex. There were a higher number of theoretical works. Five from the regular advisers own 50.5% of the entirely searched production. Psychoanalytic approach had more theoretical dominance. Most authors are affiliated to Brazilian institutions, which are concentrated in the southeast region. There were a higher prevalence for the use of interviews and scales as assessments strategies.Resumo em Português:
A reforma psiquiátrica tem investido na criação de serviços e qualificação técnica. Consideramos que a atenção técnica/especializada tem limitações para atender diversas demandas dos usuários e muitas formas de cuidado podem ser produzidas entre os mesmos. Este artigo discute a ajuda mútua e o empoderamento entre usuários de CAPS na perspectiva de ressaltar essa dimensão instituinte da reforma. Fazendo uso da entrevista e da observação participante percebemos que o modo de funcionamento e a gestão dos CAPS, bem como a concepção terapêutico-clínica da equipe, tendem a barrar as possibilidades de ajuda mútua entre os usuários, dificultando o empoderamento dos mesmos.Resumo em Inglês:
The psychiatrist reform has invested in service creation and the qualification of the technicians. We believe that attention specialist has limitations to meet various demands of users and many forms of care can be produced among the users. This article discusses the mutual aid and empowerment among users of CAPS investing in this dimension of instituting reform. Making use of mapping and participant observations, we see that the mode of operation and management of CAPS, and the design of therapeutic and clinical technical team, they tend to spread the opportunities for mutual support among users, making the empowerment of those.Resumo em Português:
O artigo propõe uma reflexão sobre o atendimento psicológico à criança em situação de hospitalização. Aborda o desenho infantil como uma forma de expressão que facilita a comunicação das crianças com a equipe de saúde, principalmente quando as mesmas encontram-se no estágio pré-operacional do desenvolvimento infantil. O presente texto compreende o desenho como um instrumento projetivo que possibilita que a realidade interna da criança seja representada por meio de símbolos. Trabalhos nesta área ampliam as possibilidades de intervenções, contribuindo com aqueles que lidam com crianças em situação de hospitalização, favorecendo a percepção de novas maneiras de se lidar com estes pacientes.Resumo em Inglês:
The article is a reflection about the psychological attendance for hospitalized children. Considers the drawing like a form of expression that facilitates the communication of children with the health professionals, especially when them enter the pre-operational stage of child development. The text understand the drawing like a projective instrument allowing the representation of the internal reality of child through symbol. The theme expands the possibility of intervention with children, encouraging the perception of new ways of dealing with them.
