As condições no cotidiano organizando rotinas em negócios familiares

Este artigo se baseia em uma abordagem etnográfica para capturar as complexida des que envolvem o trabalho em empresas familiares. Tal abordagem nos permite concentrar na forma pela qual os gestores-proprietários são habilitados a construir as narrativas de suas vidas diárias, referindo-se a eventos mundanos; como eles tecem os relatos em que figuram imagens das rotinas cotidianas, como a refeição família , o tempo de abertura e fechamento, o trajeto da escola ou mesmo fazer livros.


This paper uses an ethnographic approach in arder to capture the complexities that surround work in family businesses. Our approach enables us to concentrate on how owner-managers are able to construct the fabric of their daily lives by referring to mundane events, how they weave together stories at the human levei drawing upon images of everyday routines such as the family meal, opening and closing time, the school run, or doing the books.

RESUMO

Este artigo se baseia em uma abordagem etnográfica para capturar as complexida des que envolvem o trabalho em empresas familiares. Tal abordagem nos permite concentrar na forma pela qual os gestores-proprietários são habilitados a construir as narrativas de suas vidas diárias, referindo-se a eventos mundanos; como eles tecem os relatos em que figuram imagens das rotinas cotidianas, como a refeição família , o tempo de abertura e fechamento, o trajeto da escola ou mesmo fazer livros.

ABSTRACT

This paper uses an ethnographic approach in arder to capture the complexities that surround work in family businesses. Our approach enables us to concentrate on how owner-managers are able to construct the fabric of their daily lives by referring to mundane events, how they weave together stories at the human levei drawing upon images of everyday routines such as the family meal, opening and closing time, the school run, or doing the books.
