Cada vez mais se buscam alternativas para garantir a sobrevivência das camadas mais atingidas da população. Dentre as estratégias já realizadas, cabe destacar a ampliação e o desenvolvimento de organizações populares, fundadas nos princípios da solidariedade, constituindo, assim, alternativas de trabalho e geração de renda para trabalhadores excluídos do mercado de trabalho formal ou informal. Dentro deste contexto, este trabalho buscou evidenciar novas possibilidades de atuação da psicologia social e do trabalho junto a estas organizações fundadas nos princípios gerais da autogestão. Para isso propôs-se a realização de uma discussão sobre a economia solidária hoje e a delimitação do papel da psicologia neste setor. Assim, efetuou-se um breve levantamento sobre o significado e os conceitos de economia solidária, autogestão, cooperativas e associativismo, e sua historia no Brasil de forma a integrar este conhecimento com a psicologia visando evidenciar possibilidades de um novo campo de atuação.Resumo em Inglês:
More and more often, alternatives to provide the survival of the most needy part of the Brazilian population have been searched. Amongst these strategies, solidary organizations accomplish an outstanding work. Recently, these organizations have been developing and increasing in popularity, as well as providing alternatives in employment and income for workers excluded from the formal and the informal labour market. Given this scenario, there are contributions which social and occupational psychology can make to these self-managing organizations. This article begins proposing a discussion about the current situation of solidary economies and the definition of the psychologist's role in this sector. This discussion is based on a research regarding the history of solidary economies in Brazil, its meaning and related concepts, such as self-management, cooperatives and associative organizations. The combination of the knowledge acquired through the research and the psychology provides a new field of possible interventions.Resumo em Português:
O objetivo deste artigo é discutir como o aumento do desemprego altera as relações entre o sujeito e a organização, intensificando o medo no ambiente de trabalho. Demonstra-se como o medo de perder o emprego, torna o trabalhador mais vulnerável e sujeito a formas de dominação e controle, e produz efeitos como o aumento do sofrimento, a neutralização da mobilização coletiva e o individualismo.Resumo em Inglês:
The objective of this article is to discuss how the unemployment increase alters the relationship between the subject and the organization, intensifying the fear factor in the work environment. The study demonstrates how the fear of losing the job leads the worker to become more vulnerable and susceptible to forms of domination and control. This fear also produces effects such as the increase of suffering, the neutralization of the collective mobilization and the individualism.Resumo em Português:
Este artigo se propõe discutir a atitude fatalista diante do acidente de trabalho e da morte. Toma como suporte empírico a representação que trabalhadores acidentados na construção civil constroem acerca daqueles eventos. Parte de um conjunto de entrevistas com seis trabalhadores que se encontravam afastados do trabalho por invalidez decorrente do acidente. A análise realizada busca mostrar que os indivíduos tendem a construir explicações e justificativas a partir de uma perspectiva fatalista de modo a poderem aceitar e conviver com o medo do acidente e da morte ou com a dor da perda. Argumenta também que a atitude fatalista, não pode se modificar apenas com a tomada de consciência, por parte dos trabalhadores, de que acidentes e mortes no trabalho estão relacionados a condições precárias de trabalho. Para modificarem suas atitudes, seria necessário, também, que experimentassem novas condições de vida e trabalho, podendo, assim, construir uma nova concepção de mundo e de vida.Resumo em Inglês:
This article proposes a discussion about the fatalistic posture adopted when a worker faces work accidents and death. It has its empirical support on the representation which injured construction workers create about these events. The study was based on interviews made with six workers who were unable to return to work due to the disability caused by accidents. The accomplished analysis intends to show that the individuals create explanations and justifications based on a fatalistic perspective. This way of thinking enables them to accept and to live with the fear of accidents and death, or with the pain caused by a loss. It also argues that the fatalistic attitude cannot be modified only by understanding that accidents and deaths that happen at the work environment are related to its precarious conditions. In order to change this attitude, it would be necessary to experience new conditions of life and work, so that the workers would be able to create a new conception of the world and of life.Resumo em Português:
Este texto trata das representações sociais elaboradas por policiais civis acerca da violência, no desempenho de sua função de proteger a sociedade de atos ilícitos e criminosos. Partiu-se do enfoque teórico da Teoria das Representações Sociais que define representações sociais como uma forma de conhecimento elaborado por uma coletividade, que orienta as práticas sociais e as relações sociais entre pessoas e grupos. Os dados obtidos através da técnica de grupos focais mostraram que os sujeitos da pesquisa elaboraram "teorias", ou representações sociais sobre a violência, que podem explicar suas ações, muitas vezes violentas, no combate à criminalidade.Resumo em Inglês:
This article discusses about the social representations of violence created by police officers whose duty is to work in order to control and prevent violence, as well as to protect society from criminality. The work is based on the Social Representations Theory, which defines social representations as a collective knowledge that guides the social practices and the social relationships between people and groups. The data obtaneid through focal groups technique showed that the subjects involved in this research have elaborated a "theory", or social representations about violence, which may explain their own behaviour, which is, not rarely, violent in their attempt to fight against criminality.Resumo em Português:
O presente trabalho é fruto da consultoria em psicologia do trabalho realizado com trabalhadores da unidade de bloco cirúrgico de um hospital geral em Porto Alegre. Pretendeu-se discutir a relação constitutiva entre trabalho e subjetividade no contexto da enfermagem cirúrgica, buscando mapear modos particulares de fazer, sentir, sofrer e subjetivar, além de descrever e problematizar a organização do trabalho e as relações desejantes entre trabalhadores e hospital. Por fim, debate-se atravessamentos da contemporaneidade na atividade cirúrgica, tais como, a ciborguização, a biotecnologia, a engenharia genética, o questionamento do "eu" e a reconstrução da noção de corpo.Resumo em Inglês:
The present work is the result of the consultancy in psychology related to a work accomplished with workers in a unit of a surgical ward at a General Hospital in the city of Porto Alegre. The work intended to discuss the constitutive relation between work and subjectivity in the context of the surgical nursing, looking for the outline of peculiar manners of doing, feeling, suffering and making subjective. Moreover, the article describes and problemizes the organization of the work and the desirable relationships among the workers and the hospital. Finally, it discusses contemporary issues which permeate the surgical activity, such as, robotization, biotechnology, genetic engineering, the questioning of "me" and the reconstruction of the body notion.Resumo em Português:
Este artigo procura evidenciar o conteúdo implícito de certos programas infanto-juvenis apresentados na TV nos últimos quarenta e cinco anos, relacionando-os às transformações observadas na família contemporânea e ao processo de socialização de crianças e adolescentes. Foi avaliado que a autoridade dos responsáveis tem sido, progressivamente, desvalorizada em diversos programas televisivos, oferecendo-se superpoderes, até mesmo tirânicos às crianças, em desacordo com as necessidades infanto-juvenis.Resumo em Inglês:
This article intends to evidence the implicit content of certain children and teenager's television programs in the last forty five years, linking them to the changes observed in the contemporary family and the children's socialization processes. It was assessed that the parental authority has been gradually depreciated in several television programs. These programs offer super and even tyrannical power to the children, which is not in appropriate to the needs of the underaged.Resumo em Português:
As críticas ao sujeito da interioridade e às filosofias da consciência, que reputam a um indivíduo unificado e coerente a fonte de ação, têm atribuído a uma outra grande agência unificada a origem de toda ação. A linguagem, os discursos, a sociedade, a cultura, a história substituem o lugar do sujeito como agência. No entanto, continuam sendo instâncias purificadas às quais atribui-se o privilégio da ação. Abandona-se o sujeito, mas há uma continuidade idealista na qual a agência só pode estar no campo dos humanos-entre-eles. É contra essa atribuição da agência apenas aos humanos-entre-eles que está estruturado este texto, defendendo os híbridos, os coletivos sócio-técnicos e as máquinas. The criticism to the subject of interiority and to the philosophies of consciousness, which consider a unified and coherent individual the source of action, has atributed to another great unified agency the origin of all action. The language, the discourses, the society, the culture, the history replace the role of the subject as agency. However, they keep being unaldutered instances credited with the privilege of the action. The subject is discarded, but there is still an idealistic continuity sustaining that the agency can only be placed in the field of the human-among-themselves. This study is developed exactly to be against this prerrogative of an agency restricted to humans-among-themselves, as well as to defend the hybrids, the social technical collectives and the machines. This work will explore concepts from Gilles Deleuze, Felix Guattaari, Bruno Latour and Pierre Levy, articulating them in order to deal with a concept of subjectivity which could avoid the agency credited only to humans-among-themselves.Resumo em Português:

Understanding, with Foucault, the discursive field as field of dispute of the hegemony of the senses, the text questions the truths produced by the dominant logic in the capitalist system and it proposes the experience as possibility of singularity of the glance that illuminates the forms produced in the culture. It analyzes, in this perspective, the different consequences related to the different positions of the glance and underscores, in the opening to the invisible, presupposed to the configuration of the image in its dialectic condition, the interval that is capable to give place to the new.Resumo em Português:
Partindo do pressuposto de que as interações sociais vividas pelo sujeito podem favorecer tanto o desenvolvimento de supremos valores éticos quanto a sua degradação social e moral, Mead (1863-1931), reflete o papel da escola na formação do self, instância cognitiva e social a permitir movimentos de autonomia do indivíduo diante do controle imposto pela ordem social e a sua capacidade na tomada de decisões no campo pessoal e político. O artigo recupera elementos da reflexão meadiana sobre a escola, um autor progressista que defende uma educação democrática para a formação de sujeitos críticos e reflexivos, condição imprescindível para a cidadania crítica.Resumo em Inglês:
The study is based on the assumption that the social interactions experienced by the subject might facilitate both the development of supreme ethical values, as well as the subject's social and moral degradations. Mead (1863 - 1931) reflects on the role of school regarding the formation of self, cognitive and social instances, which allows movements of the individual's autonomy when faced with the control imposed by the social order, and his capacity of making decisions in the personal and political fields. The article rediscovers elements of the median reflection about school. The author is progressive and defends a democratic education for the formation of critical and reflexive individuals, which is an indispensable condition for the growth of analytical citizenship.Resumo em Português:
O presente trabalho buscará refletir sobre algumas questões que tratam das dificuldades de inclusão social da pessoa portadora de deficiência a partir do exame de alguns mecanismos de exclusão compartilhados pelo social. Os dispositivos construídos pela sociedade para a inclusão da diferença não tem sido suficientes para dar conta do mal-estar produzido por aqueles que carregam insígnias que denunciam a ruptura dos ideais narcísicos de perfeição. Neste artigo, pretende-se levantar apenas alguns questionamentos que possam contribuir para a problematização de um tema que vem sendo abordado de forma incipiente pela sociedade em suas diferentes instâncias, cujo debate tem sido precipitado pela demanda de adequação às leis que visam preservar espaços de inclusão à pessoa com deficiência e avançado à medida em que se torna necessário a revisão ou mesmo a construção das práticas de inclusão.Resumo em Inglês:
This study will enquire about issues related to the difficulties encountered regarding the social inclusion of the handicapped. It is based on the examination of some exclusion mechanisms which are part of the social. The devices constructed by the society for the inclusion of the difference have not been sufficient to deal with the uneasiness produced by those who carry marks which denounce the rupture of the narcissistic ideals of perfection. In this article, it is intended to raise only some issues which can contribute to think trough about a matter that has been approached with incipient manner by the society in its differente instances. The social debate has been premature as a result of the demand of adjustment to the laws which aim to preserve the inclusion spaces for the handicapped and advanced when it becomes necessary the revision or even the construction of inclusion practices.Resumo em Português:
O artigo problematiza o processo de criação de uma especialidade em Psicologia Social, campo até então considerado imune à constituição dos especialismos tão comuns em nossa área de atuação. The article problematizes the creation process of a specialty in Social Psychology. Unlike other fields of our professional area, Social Psychology was until recent seen as immune to the constitution of speciality. The study is based on the concepts of Institucional Analysis, such as Weber Effect, Lukács Effect, intervention field and analysis field. Such concepts are used as tools in order to appreciate the recent history of the Social Psychology in Brazil and the official definition of Social Psychology as a specialty.Resumo em Português:
A proposta deste trabalho é apresentar algumas reflexões que entendemos necessárias para compreendermos como se chega hoje à discussão das especialidades no campo da Psicologia. Tal temática está amplamente relacionada com as esferas de ação e formação dos profissionais da área psi e, atualmente, tem ganhado repercussão frente à instituição do reconhecimento dos títulos de especialista pelo conselho profissional desta categoria. Propondo uma problematização destas implicações, pretendemos relacionar alguns aspectos que se articulam à emergência das especialidades no contexto atual da produção psi, apresentando quatro pontos de reflexão ou questionamento: a) especialidades como uma produção que se torna epistemologicamente possível a partir do paradigma da modernidade; b) alertas sobre os perigos que pensar o conhecimento em termos de especialidades pode apresentar para qualquer área do conhecimento, mas mais especificamente para a Psicologia; c) situar algumas características da contemporaneidade, para pensarmos em que medida estas podem sustentar a proposta das especialidades neste contexto; e d) alguns questionamentos que julgamos relevantes em relação ao atual debate sobre as especialidades para a formação em Psicologia.Resumo em Inglês:
This work aims to present some reflections which are considered indispensable to comprehend how discussions about specialties are approached. This theme is widely related to both the practices in Psychology and the graduation of the professionals in this field. Nowadays, this issue has been prominent by the Psychology's Union in order to recognise the professional qualification of specialist. The study proposes the inquiring of this implications; it intends to relate some aspects that articulate themselves to the emergence of the specialties in the current context of the production in Psychology. For this, the study presents four reflective issues, such as specialties as a production which become epistemological feasible from the paradigm of modernity; alerts to the dangers that may occur by considering the knowledge in terms of specialties found in any cognitional field, but mainly in Psychology; the determination of some characteristics of contemporaneity, to understand in which ways these can support the proposal of specialties in this context; and, some inquiries which are understood to be relevant and related to the debate about specialties for the psychologist's qualification.Resumo em Português:
Este artigo questiona a decisão do Conselho Federal de Psicologia de reconhecer a Psicologia Social como especialidade da Psicologia. Esta decisão foi uma resposta a reivindicações de psicólogos que, atuando no campo das políticas públicas, têm procurado uma identidade profissional própria. Ignora, porém, que a Psicologia Social constitui uma disciplina científica específica no campo das ciências sociais, à medida que articula níveis de explicação psicológicos e sociológicos. Argumento que a decisão se tornou possível, de um lado, pela dificuldade de a Psicologia Social construir um campo profissional próprio e, de outro lado, pela posição ambígua que a Associação Brasileira de Psicologia Social tomou diante deste assunto. Concluo que o reconhecimento da Psicologia Social como especialidade da Psicologia poderá fortalecer a tendência de a Psicologia Social se tornar apenas uma disciplina básica no currículo da psicologia, em vez de uma disciplina autônoma que contribua para a compreensão de fenômenos coletivos.Resumo em Inglês:
This article questions the decision of the Conselho Federal de Psicologia to recognise Social Psychology as a specialty within Psychology. This decision was an answer to the psychologists' claims working in the field of Public Politcs and serching for their own professional identity. However, the study ignores that Social Psychology is a specific scientific subject in the field of Social Sciences as it connects psychological and sociological levels of explanation. My argument is that this decision became possible partly because of the difficulties encountered by Social Psychology in forming its own professional field, and partly because of the ambiguos attitude taken by the Associação Brasileira de Psicologia Social approaching this issue. It's possible to conclude that the recognition of Social Psychology as a specialty in Psychology may be able to strengthen the tendency of Social Psychology to become only a basic subject in Psychology, instead of transforming it into an autonomous subject that contributes to the comprehension of collective phenomena.
