O texto procura traçar um quadro teórico do qual pretende derivar questões para uma discussão que visa a levantar alguns aspectos para o debate sobre a forma com está colocada hoje a questão da pesquisa em psicologia e os efeitos produzidos no plano político/subjetivo, dada a indissociabilidade desses planos. Oferece um certo ponto de vista sobre o problema do conhecimento a partir de algumas referências metodológicas que problematizam a racionalidade na qual estão apoiadas as ciências humanas, pautadas numa lógica que persegue verdades inquestionáveis sobre uma realidade já dada. Propõe novas perguntas sobre a produção de conhecimento que possam reorientar as práticas de pesquisa no campo da psicologia, pois toda concepção de produção de conhecimento/pesquisa envolve sempre uma certa política, não possui apenas um sentido técnico e/ou metodológico.Resumo em Inglês:
This text attempts to trace a theoretical frame to discuss some aspects about the manner in which the research in psychology is placed nowadays and the effects produced in the political/ subjective plan, given the inseparability of these plans. It offers a certain point of view on the knowledge issue, from some methodological references that question the rationality in which human sciences are supported, based on a logic that pursues unquestionable truths about an already given reality. This work proposes new questions about the production of knowledge that may reorient research practices in the psychology field, because every conception of production of knowledge/research always involves a certain politics, not having just one methodological and/or technological meaning.Resumo em Português:
O trabalho tem como objetivo a discussão da produção acadêmica sobre a temática da exclusão, verificando suas enunciações e usos, ao longo dos últimos 30 anos. Para tanto, é retomada a discussão sobre a marginalidade, típica da década de 1970. A década seguinte é apresentada através de autores e análises que apontam para o território e o espaço enquanto direitos do cidadão para, por fim, apresentar alguns problemas vinculados ao uso generalizado do conceito de exclusão social, bem como sua eventual aderência ao mundo globalizado.Resumo em Inglês:
The paper proposes the reflection on the academic prodution about exclusion, verifying its enunciations and uses, during the last thirty years. It resumes the arguments about the marginality, which was typical of the seventies. The following decade is presented through authors and discussions that aim to analyse the territory and the space as the citizen's right. Finally, it focuses on some problems related to the generalized use of the concept of social exclusion, as well as its eventual adhesion to the global world.Resumo em Português:
Discute-se a relação da Psicologia com o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) no Brasil tomando-se como ponto de partida uma crítica à separação entre clínica e política fortemente presente na formação e na prática profissional dos Psicólogos. Indicam-se três princípios para a construção de políticas públicas em saúde: o da inseparabilidade, o da autonomia e co-responsabilidade e o da transversalidade, estando a contribuição da Psicologia no entrecruzamento do exercício destes três princípios. O artigo destaca, ainda, a importância dos modos de fazer acontecer as políticas públicas, indicando a urgência na criação de dispositivos que dêem suporte à experimentação das políticas no jogo de conflitos de interesses, desejos e necessidades dos diferentes atores que compõem a rede de saúde.Resumo em Inglês:
The Psychology and Public Health System relation is discussed having as a starting point a criticism to the gap between the clinic and politics strongly present in the formation and in the professional practice of the psychologists. Three principles are suggested to the construction of public politics in the health system, which are the inseparability, the autonomy and co-responsibility and the transverseness, being the contribution of Psychology the interchange of these three principles. This paper also emphasizes the importance of the ways to make happen the public politis, pointing out the urge to create some devices which will give support to these politics in the game of conflicts and interests, desires and needs of the different actors who are part of the public health network.Resumo em Português:
Este ensaio traz para o debate possíveis articulações entre a psicologia e a Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF). O texto inicia com um recorte histórico das transformações ocorridas na área da saúde culminando na implantação do SUS e na inserção de outros profissionais na Saúde Pública. Destaque especial se dá a psicologia, principalmente no campo da Psicologia Social da Saúde, que propõe uma atuação mais social, interativa, coletiva e local. A ESF, política pública instaurada para auxiliar na reorganização do sistema de saúde e na consolidação do SUS, ressalta a inter-relação de profissionais da saúde/usuários enfatizando a produção de vínculos, a criação de laços de compromisso e a co-responsabilidade. Por fim, o esforço é de articular os saberes e fazeres de cada campo, apontando essa composição como fértil no sentido de contribuir com a produção do cuidado em saúde e, ainda, com a reorientação do modelo assistencial.Resumo em Inglês:
This essay brings to discussion the links between Psychology and the Family Health Care Strategy (ESF). The text begins with a historical view of the transformations occurred in the health field leading to the National Public Health (SUS) and the participation of other professionals in the Public Health field. Special outstanding is given to Psychology, specially health social psychology which proposes an intervention more social, interactive, collective and local contexts. The ESF, a public policy that was established to promote the reorganization of the Health System and the consolidation of the SUS, emphasizes the relationship between health professionals / patients and the production of links, the creation of compromise and co-responsibility among them. Finally, the effort is to articulate the knowledges and practices of each field, pointing to the usefullness of this combination to health care work, and also, to the reorganization of assistance model.Resumo em Português:
Esse texto busca circunscrever uma categoria de intervenção que é de natureza clínica, mas que ocorre em contexto social/comunitário. Os conceitos de clínica e de comunidade são brevemente discutidos, a fim de que o desenvolvimento dessa intervenção surja não da superposição ou transposição de abordagens, mas, sobretudo, que possibilite reformular e criar novas formas de atuação. Propomos definir uma prática que revela uma epistemologia, que se situa nessa observação clínica, mas que também é do contexto, do grupo, da família e da dimensão política, porque se passa nessa zona complementar de interação de pessoas que são sujeitos de emoção e afeto, mas seres sociais por excelência.Resumo em Inglês:
This paper focuses on a category of intervention which is of clinical nature, although it occurs in a social/community context. We briefly discuss the concepts of clinic and community, so that the development of such intervention may emerge not from the juxtaposition or transposition of approaches, but, above all, that it gives the possibility of reformulating and creating new courses of action. We propose the definition of a practice which reveals an epistemology, which is situated in clinical observation as well as belonging to a context, group, family and political dimension, because it takes place in the complementary zone of interaction among people who are subjects of emotion and affection, however, social beings per excellence.Resumo em Português:
Segundo o autor, os psicólogos que trabalham em intervenção psicossocial geralmente focalizam sua avaliação da mudança no nível microssocial, pessoal ou familiar. A Psicologia Social vêm destacando a importância dos contextos. Nas nossas sociedades atuais o macrocontexto possui alguma características únicas, inexistentes anteriormente: vivemos em tempos de rápidas mudanças. As novas mudanças, para os agentes que trabalham nos sistemas de bem-estar, repercutem especialmente naqueles envolvidos na nova dinâmica macrossocial. Desde essa perspectiva, pensamos na necessidade de mudança das representações sociais nos grupos sociais, de seus problemas sociais e da forma como cada um dos problemas é colocado. Indica-se a importância das dimensões não materiais da vida social nos processos de mudança social. São discutidas novas perspectivas e objetivos relativos ao conceito de qualidade de vida. Também se estuda a influência dos meios de comunicação nos processos de mudança social. E, finalmente, se apresenta um esquema que serve para refletir e discutir algumas mudanças relevantes na intervenção social.Resumo em Inglês:
According the author, psychologists involved in social intervention programs are often focused in microsocial assessment and personal or family change. Social psychology has often underlined the importance of contexts. In our present societies the macrocontext has some unique characteristics, which never existed before: we live in an ever-quickening changing society. That raises a set of new challenges to practitioners of the welfare systems, particularly that of taking more into account the new macrosocial dynimics. From that perspective reflections about the need to change social representations of social groups, of their social problems and of the way to cope with such problems are proposed. The importance of non-material dimensions of social life in social change processes are pointed out. The new perspectives and goals involved with the quality of life concept are discussed. Media influence in the processes of social change are also considered. And finally an scheme to reflect and debate some outstanding challenges for social intervention are offered.Resumo em Português:
Desde a difusão da Internet, em meados da década de 1990, a sociabilidade virtual vem gerando muita discussão. Em contraste com os contatos entre conhecidos possibilitados pela telefonia fixa, os ambientes coletivos de interação da Internet fizeram emergir os contatos travados e mantidos exclusivamente online. Naqueles primeiros tempos, esses relacionamentos virtuais foram duramente criticados. Nos dias atuais, vemos que os relacionamentos mediados pelas novas redes de telecomunicação (Internet e telefonia celular) continuam gerando reações negativas radicais. O objetivo do presente artigo é mostrar o quanto essas reações são infundadas e, deste modo, combater sua difusão. Para tanto, toma o recente trabalho de um renomado sociólogo - Zygmunt Bauman - como exemplar desse tipo de visão e a ele contrapõe inúmeros resultados de pesquisa internacionais e nacionais. Tal procedimento permite apresentar uma visão alternativa de diferentes tipos de interação e relacionamento virtuais gerados por diferentes tecnologias.Resumo em Inglês:
Since the early days of Internet diffusion, in the mid 1990's, virtual sociability has been raising a great discussion. In contrast to the contacts between acquaintances made possible by landline telephony, Internet collective interaction environments generated the possibility of meeting people and making friends exclusively online. In those early days, these virtual relationships were strongly criticized. Nowadays, we realize that the relationships mediated by the new telecommunication networks (Internet and cellular telephony) still provoke radical negative reactions. The present paper aims at restraining or at least decelerating the diffusion of such reactions. For this purpose, it takes the recent work of a renowned sociologist - Zygmunt Bauman - as an example of this kind of view and confronts it with various results from national and international research. Such procedure allows for the presentation of an alternative view of different types of virtual interaction and virtual relationships made possible by different technologies.Resumo em Português:
O artigo discute a inserção da psicologia social crítica no campo da economia solidária, como um espaço laboral passível de constituir modos singularizados de trabalhar. Para tanto, revisa brevemente os principais conceitos referentes ao trabalho associativo e solidário, relacionando-o com as questões da subjetividade e da contemporaneidade. Questiona as referências emancipatórias das ciências sociais críticas, em especial a psicologia, colocando a necessidade de cartografar novos mapas para trilhar o "labirinto" da contemporaneidade, com suas ambigüidades e possibilidades, ao analisar um registro empírico tomado do campo do cooperativismo em bases solidárias. Finaliza colocando em pauta uma agenda progressista para a psicologia, quando inserida nessa realidade específica do mundo do trabalho.Resumo em Inglês:
The paper discusses the insertion of critical social psychology in the field of solidary economy, as a laboral setting able to constitute singularized ways of working. For that, it briefly reviews the field of associative and cooperative labor, relating it with the issues of subjectivity and contemporaneity. It questions the emancipatory references of critical social sciences, specially psychology, raising the need of the cartography of new maps to outline the labyrinth of contemporaneity, with its ambiguities and possibilities, analyzing an empirical register taken by the field of cooperative system based on solidarity. Finally, it raises the need of a progressist agenda for psychology, when inserted in this specific reality of the labor world.Resumo em Português:
A disseminação do cooperativismo na sociedade suscita questionamentos sobre a sua construção discursiva, pois ela é apresentada possuindo um sentido único em documentos públicos elaborados por universidades, instituições e empresas. Procurando desnaturalizar o termo, conforme os pressupostos do Construcionismo Social, foi realizado um estudo em três períodos: (a) meados do século XIX tomando por referência Rochdale, Inglaterra, (b) início do século XX, quando o cooperativismo era atrelado à Aliança Cooperativa Internacional, e (c) início do século XXI, quando o cooperativismo, como noção organizativa, toma os mais diferentes sentidos em São Paulo. Nos documentos públicos acessados, o cooperativismo apresentou três sentidos ou noções difusos: noção doutrinária, organizativa e de lugar. A noção doutrinária, compreendida como preceitos morais, é enfatizada nos dois primeiros períodos. A noção organizativa é enfatizada no último período. Por fim, a noção de lugar, onde estão inseridas as cooperativas formadas pelo coletivo, está enfatizada no primeiro período.Resumo em Inglês:
The dissemination of cooperativism in society raises issues about its discursive construction because it is presented as having a single meaning in public documents prepared by universities, institutions and companies. A study to deconstruct the term was accomplished, according to the presuppositions of Social Constructionism, in three periods: a) in the middle of the 19th century, taking Rochdale, England as the reference point; b) in the beginning of the 20th century, when the cooperativism was tied to the International Cooperative Alliance; and c) the beginning of the 21st century, when the cooperativism, as an organizational notion, takes on the most different meanings in Sao Paulo. In the public papers accessed, the cooperative system presented three diffuse meanings or notions, which are the doctrinal, the organizational, and the one of place. The doctrinal notion, which has moral precepts, is emphasized in the first two periods. The organizational notion is emphasized in the last period. The notion of place, where the cooperatives formed by the collective are located, is emphasized in the first period.Resumo em Português:
Este artigo tem como objetivo cartografar a subjetividade de mulheres em situação de violência de gênero perpetrada pelo companheiro. As ferramentas para esta cartografia consistiram em uma intervenção, por meio de oficinas, onde foi utilizada a narrativa de histórias. Dez mulheres em situação de violência de gênero, atendidas na organização não governamental de mulheres negras Maria Mulher/Porto Alegre, participaram das oficinas. Foram utilizados recursos artísticos, como a confecção e pintura de máscaras, técnicas corporais e dramatizações. Este artigo focaliza três encontros: o primeiro, onde as mulheres contaram suas histórias; o segundo, onde escutaram histórias de orixás femininos; e o terceiro onde foi oportunizado espaço para uma ritualização. Observou-se que essas mulheres estão submetidas a múltiplas violências que paralisam os movimentos do desejo fazendo com que permaneçam territorializadas nos papéis de mãe, esposa e cuidadora. Por outro lado, as oficinas possibilitaram a constituição de novos territórios e devires para além da violência.Resumo em Inglês:
This article intends to map the subjectivity of women who are victims of gender violence perpetrated by their partners. The tools to compose this cartography consisted of a intervention, by means of a workshop where the narrative was used. The workshops were organized with the participation of ten women victims of gender violence, assisted by "Maria Mulher/Porto Alegre", which is a non-governmental organization for African Brazilian women. Artistic resources were also used, such as the manufacturing and painting of masks, physical expression exercises and dramatizations. This article focuses on three meetings of this workshop. The first one, where the women narrated their personal histories; the second one, where they were told the stories of female orixás [African-Brazilian deities]; and the third one, where space was given for the ritualization. It was observed that these women are submitted to multiple kinds of violence, which paralyzes their movements of desire, arresting and territorializing them in the roles of mother, wife and care-giver. On the other hand, the workshops made possible the constitution of new territories and possibilities of becoming beyond the violence.Resumo em Português:
O propósito desta investigação foi descrever as estratégias e práticas de socialização econômica numa mostra de 132 famílias de classe média da cidade de Temuco,Chile. Os resultados assinalam que existe consenso entre as famílias a respeito da necessidade de educar aos meninos no uso do dinheiro e que esta é uma responsabilidade dos pais. Aprecia-se uma ampla dispersão entre as práticas que os pais dizem utilizar para alfabetizar os seus filhos no uso do dinheiro. As que são mais bem intuitivas, pouco sistemáticas e isoladas, não constituindo Estratégias de Socialização. Mostra-se inconsistência entre os valores expressados pelos pais e as práticas que empregam. A experiência de socialização temporã dos pais em suas famílias de origem repercute na educação de seus filhos, o que leva a concluir a presença de uma influência entre gerações no processo de socialização econômica.Resumo em Inglês:
The purpose of this investigation was to describe the strategies and practices of economic socialization in a sample of 132 middle class families of Temuco, a city in Chile. The results show that there is an agreement among the families about the necessity to educate the children about the use of money, and that this is a responsibility that concerns the parents. A wide dispersion is observed among the practices that the parents claim to use to educate their children about the use of money. The practices which are rather intuitive, not very systematic and isolated, do not constitute strategies of socialization, and show inconsistency among the values expressed by the parents and the practices used by them. The parents' experience of an early socialization in their origin families rebounds in the education of their children, consequently leading to the presence of an intergenerational influence in the process of economic socialization.Resumo em Português:
A temática constituição do sujeito vem se caracterizando como objeto de discussões em diferentes orientações teórico-metodológicas da Psicologia e é importante na medida em que problematiza tanto o objeto dessa ciência como a forma com que é abordado. A temática é discutida neste texto tendo como referencial de base os aportes teóricos de L.S.Vygotski. Na perspectiva desse autor, a especificidade humana decorre da dupla relação que se estabelece com a realidade: via atividade, o ser humano se apropria da cultura e concomitantemente nela se objetiva, constituindo-se assim como sujeito. Desse modo, a dimensão singular é inexoravelmente constituída e constituidora do social, o que pode ser tematizado como alteridade, como a dimensão de um outro ou das relações com outros.Resumo em Inglês:
The theme of the subject's constitution has been characterized as object of updated discussions within different areas of knowledge and most specifically in severeal theoretical-methodological orientations in Psychology. This matter is relevant because it enquires about the object of this science as well as the way it is approached. Based on the presupposition of the eminently social character of human gender, it brings out the need of entering into dialogue with other areas of knowledge as well as delimiting specific areas of analysis, which allow the psychological science to develop and justify itself as locus of knowledge. The historical-cultural psychology perspective says that the human specificity comes from the dual relation established with reality: through activity the human being assimilates culture and concomitantly develops himself as person. Consequently, the singular dimension is inexorably developed and it develops social, which can be known as otherness, as well as the other's dimension or the relations with the other. Additionaly, other issues need to be inquired, such as the consciousness, the unconsciousness, and the affections, which will be discussed here having as reference the theory of Vygotski.
