One is about a story of experience carried through together to the professors of Sciences of the state net of education of a city of the interior of the state of the Great River of the Brazil South. The educative activity was developed together the 35 professors, having had as thematic action of sanitary monitoring and the interface with the National Curricular Parameters. It was objectified to favor spaces of reflection between professionals of health and professors, in order to promote the new to signify of its experiences for the transformation of the social reality, through the concretion of local actions of sanitary monitoring, that can effectively intervine in the prevention of injuries to the collective and individual health.
