The study investigates the labor process in health production, with the purpose of knowing what representation tuberculosis patients make of health production within the family group and its potential for determination of the disease. It is understood that this social group contains, in its interior, potential to provoke and to determine the production process and the reproduction of congruity/incongruity in social individuals.
