The authors have studied three cases of Schistosomiasis mansoni in the acute, toxemíc stage, which had not gone under any type of specific medical treatment. As far as the authors could investigate, the cases studied have obtained expontaneous recovery. As it is a preliminary report the authors do not present the theoretical aspects of the matter.
