Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the recente phenomenon of crowdsourcing, which presentes itself as a new mystifying status between outsourcing and informality, based on collective action. It is a human mass that does not act under the fragmented logic of individual action, but of a colletive whole. Its existence is subordinated to the intense use of informational Technologies. With digital plataforms being the privileged locus of its development, in addition to enabling the insertion of users and consumers and invisble work activities.
