Texto & Contexto Enfermagem, Revista do Programa de Pós Graduação em Enfermagem da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Brasil, publishes scientific-technical production related to the area of health care, and especially nursing. It was created in January, 1992, and its first edition was published in June of 1992.

It is characterized as a periodical of national and international circulation, thus publishing articles in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Its abbreviated title is Texto contexto-enferm., which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes and bibliographical references and strips.
