Abstract

The authors report a case of a 28-year-old woman with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, first diagnosed as multibacillary leprosy. The differential diagnosis is discussed, with emphasis on leprosy, since there were similarities in the clinical aspects. Furthermore the histopathological findings were unusual, displaying perineural and periannexal inflammatory infiltrate composed of mononuclear cells.
