Discute-se a dimensão paradoxal e o sentido intersubjetivo dos comportamentos suicidas e de risco no adolescente. O corpo adolescente é, muitas vezes, objeto de sofrimento intenso. Trata-se de lutar contra tensões que se lhes colam à pele. Esses vividos estão ligados a múltiplas fontes traumáticas reveladas pela efração pubertária. Formula-se também a hipótese de que esses ataques corporais estejam ligados a mecanismos paradoxais, porque se são indicadores tanto de desafios pulsionais quanto da fragilização dos laços intersubjetivos, podem também revelar-se como sinal de reconstrução dos envoltórios, evidenciando trabalho de intersubjetividade em ação entre o adolescente e seus grupos de referência.

Bodily attacks and adolescence traumatophilia.We wish to discuss the paradoxical dimension and the intersubjective sense of the suicidal and risky behaviors of adolescents. The adolescent body is often an object of intense sufering. It's about fighting the tensions that stick to their skin. Such experiences are linked to many traumatic sources revealed by pubertal breaking in. We also hypothesize that these bodily attacks are linked to paradoxical mechanisms, for if they are evidence both of drive challenges and of the enfeeblement of intersubjective bonds, they are likely to reveal themselves as a sign of reconstruction of the envelopes evidencing intersubjectivity at work between the adolescent and their reference groups.

Estuda-se a questão da violência psíquica na adolescência, em certas patologias do ato, em particular as situações clínicas marcadas pelo negativo desse registro: a recusa radical no plano do agir. Isto se vê na morosidade no ingresso na vida adulta, na conduta de retraimento de certos adolescentes que parecem "resistir" à superação da condição adolescente. Apesar da aparente contradição, situa-se o "recurso ao ato" e a "recusa ao agir" no campo das patologias do ato: o ego atua uma defesa extrema em cuja base insiste uma dimensão traumática, de passividade ante a pulsão.

Refusal to acting in adolescence: a "negative subjective reaction?". We study the issue of psychological violence in adolescence, in certain pathologies of the act, particularly the clinical situations marked by the negative of that register: the radical refusal to acting. This is manifested in the delay in entering adulthood, in the withdrawal behavior of certain adolescents who seem to "resist" overcoming the adolescent condition. In spite of the apparent contradiction, we place the "resource to the act" and the "refusal to acting" in the clinical field of the pathologies of the act: the ego acts in an extreme defense, which in its basis has the insistence of a traumatic dimension of passiveness in front of the drive.

O exercício contemporâneo da psicanálise com sujeitos que estão às voltas com a história revela os importantes efeitos da destruição das subjetividades nos contextos sociais e políticos marcados pela recusa de alteridade, por exclusões e segregações. O valor simbólico e o lugar significante do nome próprio são atacados aí, e o nome pode se ver reduzido a uma objetalidade.

What is the reason for the name I bear, when my cultures crumble?. The contemporary exercise of psychoanalysis with subjects that are at odds with history reveals the important effects of the destruction of the subjectivities in social and political contexts marked by the refusal of otherness, by exclusions and segregations. The symbolic value and the significant place of one's own name are attacked there, and the name may find itself reduced to an object.

Trata-se de abordar as relações entre verdade e fantasia no pensamento de Sigmund Freud e suas implicações no trabalho psicanalítico. Apresenta-se a aproximação progressiva que se opera entre verdade e fantasia em suas elaborações teóricas. Demonstra-se que a fantasia, a princípio considerada apenas como obstáculo à verdade, passa a integrar a verdade buscada no tratamento. Argumenta-se que a verdade histórica na psicanálise é composta pela verdade material e a fantasia de desejo. Conclui-se que Freud, em sua prática, passa a visar, sobretudo, à reconstrução ou à construção com o analisante de sua verdade histórica, mais como poeta do que propriamente a descobrir a verdade material, como arqueólogo.

Truth and fantasy in Freud. This essay discusses the relations between truth and fantasy in the thought of Sigmund Freud and its implications in the objectives of the psychoanalytical work. It presents the gradual approach that is operated between truth and fantasy in his theoretical elaborations. It demonstrates that the fantasy, initially considered only as obstacle to the truth, becomes component of the truth searched in the treatment. It argues that the historical truth in psychoanalysis is composed by the material truth and the fantasy of desire. It concludes that Freud, in his practice, starts to aim at, over all, the reconstruction or the construction with the analysand of his story, as poet, than to discover his history, as archaeologist.

Procura-se indicar como a ação específica de Freud não pode corresponder à ideia de uma ação eficaz de encontro do objeto adequado ao desejo. Ao contrário, é cristalina sua construção de um modelo de funcionamento que se movimenta para o reencontro de um objeto que nunca de fato se coloca. Passaremos então a explorar os efeitos dessa ação para o sujeito, na tentativa de extrair para a tradição lacaniana consequências mais extensas advindas dessa noção.

Indications on the structure of the Freud's 'specific action': effects on the psychoanalyses subject. This article points out how Freud's "specific action" cannot correspond to the idea of an effective action that guarantees the encounter with the object of desire. On the contrary, in Freud's notion of "specific action", the model of functioning turns towards a reencounter with an object that, in fact, never comes true. We will analyse the effects of this action on the subject, in order to bring to the Lacanian tradition the more extensive consequences of this notion.

Discute-se uma vertente do Seminário 10, A angústia, de Lacan (1962-1963) no qual o autor elabora uma oposição entre a dimensão enganosa do desejo - presente principalmente no nível em que o objeto a assume a forma visual - e a verdade que é sinalizada pela angústia, na medida em que tal afeto é definido nessa obra como o que não engana. Essa investigação é circunscrita no Seminário 10 e, assim, visa-se localizar a extração do objeto a nessa construção lacaniana sem pretender abarcar todas as suas consequências, que são definidas apenas nos seminários subsequentes.

The truth and the bait of desire in the readings of the anguish Seminars of Jacques Lacan. The present article discusses a slope of the Seminar 10, The anguish, of Lacan (1962-1963) in which this author prepares an opposition between the deceiving dimension of the desire - present mainly in the level in which the object a assumes the visual form - and the truth that is signaled by the anguish, as such affection is defined in this work as what it does not deceive. This investigation is limited to the Seminar 10, and that is why it aims to locate the extraction of the object a from this Lacanian construction without intending to discuss all its consequences, which will be defined in later Seminars.

Lacan def ine a tarefa da psicanálise como sendo a de reintroduzir o Nome-do-Pai na consideração científica. Procura-se demonstrar o que esta definição quer dizer. Para isso, analisa-se a introdução do conceito de Nome-do-Pai como a formalização lacaniana do mito edípico com o qual Freud conceituou a realidade psíquica. Em seguida, percorrem-se as vias do progresso deste conceito bem como as descontinuidades sofridas por ele no primeiro ensino de Lacan.

Psychoanalysis is what reintroduces the Name-of-the-Father to scientific consideration. Lacan defines the psychoanalysis' task as the one to reintroduce the Name-of-the-Father to scientific consideration. This text aims at demonstrating what this means. In such attempt, it examines the concept of the Name-of-the-Father as a lacanian formalization of the Oedipus myth with which Freud defined psychic reality. Following this, it takes the ways of progress as well as the gaps this concept suffered in Lacan's first teaching.

A inserção da psicanálise no âmbito público convida ao estabelecimento de novos dispositivos, próprios à condução de um tratamento psíquico, isto é, à criação de procedimentos que respondam a uma clientela específica no cenário público. Nessa via, propomos uma técnica de avaliação, orientada pelos princípios do método psicanalítico, visando abordar os efeitos terapêuticos e analíticos desses procedimentos clínicos sobre a subjetividade. A técnica de avaliação foi utilizada em uma proposta de tratamento ofertada a adultos atendidos pelo Serviço de Psicanálise do Ambulatório de Psiquiatria do Hospital das Clínicas da Unicamp. Com o estudo, objetivamos destacar a pertinência desta técnica de avaliação em uma prática clínica exercida sob novos dispositivos em instituições públicas.

How to take the effects of a treatment offered in a Department of Psychoanalysis in the public institution. The insertion of psychoanalysis in the public establishment invites for the new mechanisms, in order to drive to appropriate psychological treatment, i.e., the definition of procedures to respond to a specific public scenario customer. Following this path, we propose an evaluation technique, guided by the principles of the psychoanalytic method, looking for the therapeutic and analytical effects in the clinical procedures above/on subjectivity. The evaluation technique was used in a proposal for a treatment offered to adults by the Psychoanalysis Service of the Psychiatry Ambulatory of the Clinical Hospital of Unicamp. This study aims to highlight the relevance of this technique in a clinical evaluation conducted under new arrangements in public institutions.

O objetivo é destacar considerações de Merleau-Ponty sobre psicopatologias que revelam a experiência do corpo próprio como uma dimensão primordial de sentido. Valendo-se da psicanálise freudiana, que teria ao mesmo tempo elevado à ordem do sentido percebido o que, de acordo com a tradição, era considerado de ordem fisiológica (a sexualidade), e encarnado o que, também de acordo com a mesma forma de pensamento, era considerado de ordem espiritual (o pensamento), Merleau-Ponty elabora uma concepção concreta de existência, que evita a dicotomia cartesiana entre corpo e alma, ou entre orgânico e psíquico.

Some considerations on psychopatology in Merleau-Ponty philosophy. The present paper aims at stressing MerleauPonty's considerations about the psychopathologies that reveal one's own body experience as a primeval dimension of the senses. Merleau-Ponty elaborated a concrete conception of existence and avoided the Cartesian dichotomy between body and soul, or between the organic and the psychic. He did that by using Freudian psychoanalysis, which had both promoted what was traditionally considered physiological (sexuality) to the category of perceived sense, and embodied what was traditionally considered spiritual (thought).
