Two new species of Leandra from São Paulo are described and illustrated - L. truncata Baumgratz & D'El Rei Souza and L. mattosii Baumgratz & D'El Rei Souza. These species belong to the section Oxymeris (DC.) Cogn. and a comparison with related species is presented.
