Ectopia Lentis et pupillae is an autossomal recessive genetic syndrome. It distinguishes itself from other disorders with a luxated or subluxated lens by being restricted to the eye only and showing no other systemic involvement.
This paper describes two families with Ectopia lentis et Pupillae and discusses the clinical and genetical features.
