Abstract:
The concept of personality, which is very important in Jacques Lacan’s doctoral dissertation, does not seem to be clear as it should. Its complex architecture includes its division in three definitions that appear in three different levels of manifestation. In this work, we shall demonstrate that only by a systematical analysis of this triple triad the concept of personality in Lacan’s Thesis can be completely elucidated.
