As sociedades contemporâneas apresentam formas paradoxais e inéditas de vínculo e de como se constituir em comunidade. A oscilação entre a fusão e o medo do contato, característica do modo de vínculo contemporâneo, traduz um deslocamento do espírito de corpo. Pretende-se, aqui, através da discussão dos modelos de comportamento e tipos de aspiração psicológica, afetiva e moral, presentes nas associações profissionais, nas confrarias e nos movimentos de jovens - e em particular por meio do estudo dos movimentos de juventude da Alemanha pós-guerra de 1914 - considerar os mecanismos de funcionamento das sociedades contemporâneas e alguns de seus fenômenos, tais como o culto à juventude, o espírito clânico e os movimentos sectários.

The contemporary societies present paradox and new forms of links and of how to construct itself in a community. An oscillation between fusion and fear of contact, characteristic of the way of the contemporary link, translates a displacement of the body's spirit. It is intended, here, through the discussion of contemporary models and types of psychological aspiration, affectionate and moral, present in the professional associations, in the brotherhood and youth movements - and in particular by the ways of studying the German youth movements post 1914 war - to consider the functional mechanisms of contemporary society and some of its phenomenons, such as the youth cult, the brotherhood spirit and the sectarian movements.

Procura-se demonstrar como os discursos a que são expostos os sujeitos do capitalismo avançado indicam um modo de laço que empurra o sujeito violentamente ao gozo, seja sob a forma de consumo e lucro, seja sob a forma de sofrimento. Sua estratégia é propor aos sujeitos uma realidade posta (imposta), que os abstém dos dilemas éticos, o que gera, para além do mal-estar, violências. Ressituar o sujeito e a ética como elementos indissociáveis aponta para uma política de resistência à instrumentalização social do gozo.

Abstract in English:

The article demonstrates how the speach of post-capitalist subjects underpins a type of social bond in which they see themselves immersed in a culture that violently thrusts them toward enjoyment (jouissance) in the form of either consumption and profit or suffering. Its strategy relies on proposing the suspension of ethical dilemmas to subjects submitted to the posed (imposed) reality. Besides discontents, that results in violence. Resituating both subjects and ethics as indissoluble elements points to a resistance policy to the social instrumentalization of enjoyment.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o discurso sobre a transexualidade na psiquiatria e na psicanálise. Em linhas gerais, o transexualismo é considerado uma patologia por ser definido como um "transtorno de identidade", dada a não-conformidade entre sexo e gênero. Por outro lado, ele também pode ser considerado uma psicose graças à suposta recusa da diferença sexual. O que define este diagnóstico é uma concepção normativa dos sistemas de sexo-gênero, a qual se converte em um sistema regulador da sexualidade. Discutem-se as possibilidades de uma reflexão crítica na psicanálise que permita o descolamento da transexualidade deste território normativo da patologização.

The objective of this paper is to analyze the transsexual in psychiatry and partly in psychoanalysis. It can be observed that transsexual is referred to as pathology being that it is considered an "identity disorder", given the non-conformity between sex and gender. On the other hand, it can also be considered a psychosis owing to the refusal of sexual difference. What defines the diagnosis of transsexual is a normative conception of the gender-sex systems, which is converted onto a regulating system of sexuality. In spite of the complexity of this issue, this paper discusses the possibilities of a critical reflection in psychoanalyze that allows for the detachment of transsexuality in this normative territory of pathologization.

Considerando a crítica de Adorno à indústria cultural, a qual torna a cultura um meio de produção do comportamento de consumo, tentamos demonstrar como a gramática da perversão tende a monopolizar as formas de prazer na pós-modernidade. De acordo com nossa hipótese, a produção de consumo recodifica o recalcamento originário concebido por Freud: tal gramática suprime a satisfação libidinal de forma análoga à repressão primária, contudo, ao invés de utilizar as tensões insatisfeitas da libido para o trabalho, ela direciona a satisfação erótica para o prazer de consumir. Desta forma, ela formata a satisfação perversa para que esta se coadune com os interesses da economia.

Assuming Theodore Adorno's criticism about the cultural industry, which turns it into a means of production of consumer behavior, we try to demonstrate how the grammar of perversion tends to monopolize the forms of pleasure in post-modernity. According to our hypothesis, consumer production recodifies the primal repression conceived by Freud: that grammar suppresses libidinal satisfaction in the same manner that primal repression does. However, instead of utilizing dissatisfied powers of the libido into work, such grammar directs erotic surfeit towards the pleasure of consuming: this way, it follows the perverse model of satisfaction in order to attend the economic interests.

Diante da relativa indefinição da noção de pulsão de morte, assim como das grandes controvérsias a que deu lugar, a autora sugere que ao cunhar essa noção Freud apenas sinalizou sua preocupação com os fatos clínicos que ainda não tinha levado convenientemente em conta, e que só depois, com o desenvolvimento da teoria do supereu, ele consegue de fato cunhar ferramentas teóricas para a clínica dos quadros de atração pelo sofrimento e pela dor.

Abstract in English:

In face of the relative indetermination of the notion of death drive, as well as of the great controversies it provoked, the author suggests that when Freud first presented this notion he only signaled his concern with clinical facts which had not been taken conveniently into account. Only later, with the development of the theory of the superego, he succeeded in obtaining theoretical tools for the clinic of the attraction for suffering and pain.

Aborda-se a passagem efetuada por Lacan para a escrita topológica da nodalidade. Ao nó borromeano de três elos Lacan acrescenta um elo suplementar, le sinthome, definido em sua função de letra. Segundo ele, le sinthome é o que permite ao simbólico, ao imaginário e ao real ficarem juntos, graças a dois erros, dois pontos de falha estrutural que se produzem no enlaçamento do imaginário e do simbólico: o ponto do lapso, do equívoco fundamental, do não-senso, onde se localiza o sintoma-metáfora; e o ponto da falta primordial, onde se situa le sinthome, em sua função de gozo e de suplência da falta.

This work deals with Lacan's turn to the topological writings of nodality. To the Borromean knot of three rings Lacan adds a supplementary ring, le sinthome, defined in its function as a letter. According to it, it is le sinthome which permits the symbolic, the imaginary and the real to stay together, due to two errors, two points in the structural fault which are produced in the intertwining of the imaginary and the symbolic: the point of the lapse, the fundamental mistake, the no-sense, where the symptom-metaphor lies; and the point of the primordial fault, where le sinthome lies in its function of enjoyment and fault supplementation.

O artigo trabalha as concepções de Winnicott e Lacan a respeito do tempo. Em Winnicott, o tempo é pensado no plano da diferença ontológica, enquanto que Lacan privilegia a diferença sexual. Pretende-se mostrar como essas duas idéias a respeito da temporalidade implicam distintas concepções sobre a constituição subjetiva, assim como diferentes estratégias clínicas. Com relação ao tempo, Winnicott será associado ao filósofo Henri Bergson e à sua noção de duração.

Partindo da expressão da violência no palco social, o autor interroga a resiliência psíquica dessa violência no adolescente. O adolescente violento muitas vezes é uma pessoa desamparada. A violência precisa ser contida, canalizada e dominada. Para conseguir isso o adolescente precisa encontrar em si mesmo recursos e um poderoso apoio narcísico proveniente dos adultos. Ele precisa confrontar-se com adultos que não fraquejem, que resistam à sua destrutividade e que sirvam de referência para ele. Na falta disso, o adolescente não conseguirá orientar sua violência interna em sua busca de sentido, sua busca narcísica identitária. O tratamento da violência passa, portanto, pela tomada de consciência, por parte dos adultos, quanto ao papel que devem exercer na constituição do self, em particular no momento da adolescência.

Starting from the expression of violence in the social stage, the author questions the psychical resilience of that violence in adolescence. The violent adolescent is often a helpless person. Violence must be contained, channeled and tamed. In order to succeed in that, the adolescents need to find in themselves the means, and a powerful narcissistic support from the adults. They need to confront adults who can hold out their destructiveness and who can afford them references. If that lacks, the adolescents will not succeed in driving their inner violence towards their search for meaning, their narcissistic and identity search. So, the treatment of violence passes through the adults taking conscience of the role they must play in the construction of the self, especially in adolescence.
