Teaching methods with information and communication technologies in legal education

Abstract

This study presents theoretical and practical subsidies about the possibilities of using ICT in teaching practice in legal education. Steps involved: theoretical study / literature in the area of ICT and legal education; construction and updating the blog search, selection and training of law teachers with ICT to develop methodologies involving an experiment on the use of different teaching strategies with law school teachers, development of educational material on the blog for each teacher; analysis of data from focus groups and blogs. The study aimed to investigate methodologies for use in legal education teaching strategies, build courseware using teaching strategies in legal education and explore the possibilities of teaching strategies in higher education in relation to the construction of knowledge, developing the skills to use them and learning to evaluate, select and integrate them into curricular activities.
