Challenges of higher education in a context of uncertainty and global crisis

The Synthetic reflections of this text have as aim to identify the challenges that face the systems of higher education and the universities in Latin America and the Caribbean, concerning the possible scenarios emerging in a moment of crisis and uncertainty, worldwide, and in our region. Additionally, it offers recommendations in order to construct alternatives that can foster the best possible scenarios.
