http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.bjorl.2016.1... De fato, a dengue é uma infecção endêmica em muitos países tropicais. No sudeste da Ásia tropical, essa infecção é muito comum. Gostaria de compartilhar a experiência da Tailândia, um país com uma prevalência extremamente alta de dengue. A manifestação oral da dengue é muito comum, mas geralmente é leve e pode ser diagnosticada erroneamente como outro problema bucodental tropical.22 Wiwanitkit V. Deve-se observar que a manifestação oral na dengue não é incomum, mas esquecida pelo clínico geral.
