Abstract:
Text published in 1940, in the Gazeta de Notícias, in Rio de Janeiro. In it, the author approaches the philosopher to the dictator Getulio Vargas, his authoritarian government and its international position before the war now under way in Europe. Nietzsche would be terrible prophet of domination and manly strength, whose law is their own will to power.
